I was hoping for fresh donuts but should have found a Krispy Kreme. The servie was slow and the order untilmately was not what I ordered and the food was only fair. I hop this ehlps others who might think of trying this location.

This is by far one of the worst dunkin donuts i’ve been to. The mess up my order nearly every time and all I get is Iced Coffee Dark Roast Cream and Sugar. The staff here is completely incompetent. The manager needs to actually manage this place. DD Corporate, please do something about this!!! It’s quite sad.

Tried to get my coffee right twice and ended up throwing it in trash. Looking for Starbucks on my way to the highway. Shocked at how bad this experience was at Dunkin Donuts!!! Wow!

There is good and bad about this place. 1st, they usually have my favorite donuts (yay), but the bad is they often mess up my order. I usually ask for black coffee, but for some reason they feel I need artificial sweetener and cream without asking for it. It has happened 3 times, needless to say, I must have some bad karma coming back to me. It’s not as clean as the location on Capital and Durant, but not horrible and likely due to being understaffed. In any case, I will still come back here since I am usually able to get the donuts that I want (that is what they do and they do it well).

They wouldn’t sell me a box of Jo? That’s the whole reason I stopped in – to buy coffee and donuts for everyone at work. I am looking at the empty box of jo’s sitting on the counter. Forget the donuts… I’m outta here. Worst customer service by a manager – wouldn’t even look me in the eye. Then I read a tip here on Unilocal and see that the donuts at this franchise are frozen and defrosted? Don’t know if it’s true or not, but you should find another Dunkin’ Donuts and stay away from this one.
