I had a gas leak in my crawl space and was told by the gas company that I would need to hire a plumber to seal it so the gas could be turned back on. I had no idea where to go. I called several places and explained the problem. One came out a

Another came out and said it would be a 29 dollar fee plus a 176 dollar «diagnostic» fee and the repair would be anywhere from 300 to 1100 dollars even though he knew the gas company isolated the leak and there was no pipe to repair… I sent him away without paying his 29 dollar fee just to show up. I called ESG and got a call back quickly from Keith. He listened to the problem and told me someone could be out between 8 and 8:30 the next day and that they had an 89 dollar fee and the repair may be up to 200. Norm came the next day at 8:30. He was polite and immediately asked where the range and crawl space was. He had the repair done in 20 minutes and turned the gas back on and relit my pilot lights. Total charge was 149 dollars. Absolute fantastic and fair service! What a relief!
