I bought a groupon for air duct and dryer vent cleaning and I knew it was going to be more than what the groupon was going to cover, but the tech, Sam came in and gave me the quote before he started. It was reasonable and he got the job done in a reasonable time and he even showed me where and how to change my furnace air filter! I will definitely use Fresh Air again.

Same Amazon deal. $ 39 end cost was $ 364 total for 1.5 hours work. Do not purchase teaser deals! Never again. A fair price would be $ 150 or $ 200 total. Ridiculous. Again DO NOT purchase.

Buyer beware!!! I bought a deal on amazon local for 39 $. Guy came out and told me it would cost 270 $ more to clean the vents in my 1200sqft home! I agreed thinking it would take 3 – 4 hours and would be a pretty involved process. The guy was done and out the door in just over an hour, so they basically charge 300 $ an hour! Double checked one of my return vents to see how clean it was, stuck a duster in the vent and pulled out a softball sized lump of stuff. I basically got ripped off and felt i had to spread the word. I should have done more research and hired a company that doesn’t lure in customers with fake deals and then fails to do what was agreed upon!
Update: I talked to Fresh Air about my experience and they took care of it fast. They apologized and gave me a refund. They also told me they would talk to the technician and make sure he did the job correctly. Happy with their customer service!

READ the fine print in Amazon Local deals!
Paid the $ 39 price for a Local Amazon dryer vent deal and was thrilled when appt was quickly scheduled. Was NOT so thrilled when the serviceman told that my vent was 10 feet longer than that covered in the deal and I would hence need to pay an almost 3 times as much to really get the job done. MY bad for not reviewing the terms more closely but can at least warn other potential buyers to be more cautious.

Worker arrived on time, after inspection of home explained scope and costs of air duct cleaning job. Did not try to oversell or pressure me into anything. I had bought a Living Social Voucher which covered part of job. Completed job in an efficient manner and was pleasant and professional. The price I paid for the additional vents and mainline seemed fair. I would invite Fresh Air back to my home for any of the services this company provides.

I purchased a $ 50 for $ 200 worth of «Professional Attic and Crawl Space Work». This was a rip off. I guess the guy thought I was some dumb blonde when he gave me his estimate. Seriously? I want my $ 50 back or this company needs to come do $ 200 worth of insulation to my attic. BEWARE!
