Helzberg Diamonds

A good friend is hoping her big day is right around the corner so we decided to stop in and check out some engagement rings so she can have a better idea of what she wants, and I can relay messages to the lucky man about her choices.
When we walked in we were not greeted and we were literally the only two people in the store shopping, the only other people in the store was the staff. We went from case to case, looking at all of the different styles and hoping to look at a few specific pieces.
Within a few minutes a couple came in, and a few men came in to look for jewelry, all were helped instantly. We were not helped at all. No greeting, no assistance, no good-​bye.
We’re not talking about spend a couple of dollars here, we’re talking about an ENGAGEMENT ring (and wedding band!) and no one could bother to help two girls looking at rings.
