The food tasted fresh but the service was poor. The employees were rude about the veggie sub I ordered and they talked about customers right in front of them while making our sandwiches. They had no sense of urgency and started talking to other customers while my sandwich just sat there & I was waiting to pay.

Used JM’s electronic order entry for this location. They completely ignored what I had ordered and made the sandwich THEIRWAY. Rolled it up in foil and then rolled it up again in a bag. The kid running the cash register did not know where my order was initially but another kid found it and handed it to me. When I got home I discovered the sandwich was not on(whole?) wheat bread that I ordered which was on the ticket they handed me as a receipt. The sandwich did not have mushrooms that I ordered but did have mayo and lettuce that I did not order. I don’t know what I expected from a sandwich shop run by kids that don’t know what they are doing and don’t care. I will never visit this location again and will walk out of any other location where there is not an adult present behind the counter.

The help at this Jersey Mikes is unbelievably stupid. Everytime I come here they are extremely dim witted and confused. Rude as well. Its a shame because we love Jersey Mikes Subs and it is always a terrible experience when I come to this location. Its the closest to my home and I DREAD coming here be forced to deal with the terrible staff. It really sucks.

This is the worst Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to! The staff was rude, they put 2 slices of ham on our sandwich and when I asked for more, they said we would have to pay for an additional sandwich. We certainly would have paid for«double meat», but honestly 2 slices barely qualifies as a ham sandwich. They are so slow that I felt sorry for people who only had a limited amount of time for lunch. Simply stated, the staff there has no pride in their work, do yourself a favor and drive a few more miles to a better Jersey Mike’s.

Check your sub if it’s a hot one!!! Cold subs are made in front of you… hot are made out back. I ordered a steak and cheese with no onion or peppers. When I got home, 30 minutes later, I found out it was LOADED with both!!! Needless to say I had no dinner! I tried to pick them out, but there were just too many!!!

I would give them less than 1 star if I could. I asked for a buff chicken wrap with ONLY buff sauce and cheese and then double checked that they understood what I wanted I feel as though the guy making the order put blue cheese on my wrap on purpose I eat jersey mikes all the time an never have a problem any where but this one I recommend no one eat at this jersey mikes due to the employees lack of concern for your order I’m sure they don’t even clean food prep area. The guy that messed up my order on purpose is named Niehiem(spelling maybe wrong) I really don’t think he should remain employed for him to spitefully mess up a order he does not deserve to be employed. I would like to say kudos to the guy that answered the phone(did not get his name) he did very well with an upset customer(me) and tried to fix the situation I would like to speak to a manager if possible. One of the better fast food sub shops around. Not as good as a real deli, but still tasty.

I would choose negative stars if possible. Can we say«passive-aggressive»? They made a mistake on my order and they took it out on me. Come here if you want to be condescended. Not the place to be if you want a little dignity.

I have always passed this place up, despite recommendations. I used to scoff at their sign and the way they twisted up peoples’ sandwich bags. When friends would ask if I wanted anything from Jersey Mike’s, I’d «HA!» in their faces and go somewhere else. After moving into my new house I started getting coupons from them. One was for a free sandwich. Nothing to lose. What girl doesn’t like a free sandwi? Something awakened inside me. What do they put in that sauce that make your sandwich«Mike’s Way?» Wow! I thought the other 2 big sandwich places were good. Wow. Get. The. Club. I am quite the cheapskate, but I will pay for quality. Oh Jersey Mike’s, you my new favorite sandwich!

This is our go-to Jersey Mikes when we order for the office. They stepped up one Friday when another location said it would be an hour or more for our order. I called the creedmoor location, explained the situation, and they kinda laughed it off as if the other location had a bunch of amateurs. They got the job done. and on top of that gave us a handful of coupons to pass around the office. They were very helpful. Every time I go there they make it work. They go out of their way to offer the subclub membership because with the amount of subs we order we end up with 1 – 2 free. So they look out for you. We havnt received a single complaint from anyone at work about any JM sub they’ve ordered. BTW the online ordering is fast and very useful

The service is a bit slow but the meat is cut fresh and this really makes the difference over Subways previously sliced meat. I would pick Jersey Mikes over Subway any day, even if it is more expensive.

I was raised at the Jersey Shore not many miles from Point Pleasant, home of Jersey Mikes. I’ve eaten thousands of subs over the years, from Jersey City down to Cape May and at least let me say that a mediocre Jersey Mike’s sub is better than 99% of the subs you will find in North Carolina. That being said let me rant a moment. Dear Mr. Jersey Mike, All right, your bread is right on! Chewy texture, right size, great taste. BTW, cutting the sub in quarters instead of halves should be the exception not the rule. Cut it in half, if I need to feed the kids I’ll let you know. Most every standard Italian sub I’ve ever had started with ham and salami, not ham and Cappacuolo(#2). An upscale Italian would be ham, salami and cappacuolo. I generally order an Original Italian(#13) but with ham, salami, proscuittii, cappacuolo and pepperoni you’re talking a lot of meat. Hey, we know you retired many of the sub selections(especially the one that let me have ham and salami) so please, let me substitute some meats without giving the sandwich maker a heart attack. I just want a ham and salami sub, that shouldn’t be that big of a deal. Come on, I’m paying 14 bucks for a sandwich, don’t scrimp on the veggies. Pile on the lettuce, tomatoes(and I don’t want the green end cores) and onions. The oil and vinegar is blah… for the price you can afford top shelf red wine vinegar with a kick and quality olive oil. And don’t skimp on the oregano, that’s what makes an Italian sub Italian! So until Jimmy’s in Spring Lake or Marotta’s in Belmar opens up a shop in Raleigh I’m your captive customer. Just work with me.
