Kick Back Jack’s

I love this place. The quesadilla and salads are always what I am expecting. Food came out quick and my waitress kept are glasses full without even asking. Also, she was very good at assisting with choosing food. The only thing is that the table choice is always weirdly decided and I have to request a change.

Excellent time and service there. Lindsay was awesome last Saturday evening & the food was great.

Fayetteville manager was very rude. Burger was so fat and overcooked. Fries were burnt.

Second experience with the new general manager this is the worst customer service and cold buffalo wings no celery cold soggy fries we will not be back and this is first restaurant I feel that has discriminated against me and my friends twice with issues in last year because we are not all Americans

Food was good ordered wings and fries. My date ordered steak and shrimp with baked potato. Everything came out i a timely manner and waitress seemed to be okay but then service began to get a little sketchy. Waitress just left us sitting for about 20 minutes before we stopped another waitress only to find out our waitress had left for the night. If the service would of been better definitely would of given more stars but just leaving a table unattended for that long is uncalled for.

If you happen to be a vegetarian, this place may not the your best choice of restaurants. There are painfully few choices her. This is a sports bar with bar food. Now I know.

This place was just ok. Went on with a friend and ordered fish and chips. Smallest, flattest, most bland fish ever made and it was so greasy. Wait staff was really friendly and the beer was good. Restaurant was clean. Not in a rush to go back.

The menu has pretty much anything you’d want for this type of place. The fried pickles were an awesome appetizer and all of the entrees indeed at my table were good. The service was average.

I’ve got one piece of advice when you eat at this place bring your appetite! I ordered the nachos they were delicious and enough to feed at least three adults and were reasonably priced. On the disappointing side I ordered a mixed drink that was really weak! It’s your typical bar/​restaurant Place nothing special but it will suffice.

If you want to watch any sporting event on a million TVs, then Kick Back Jack’s is for you. Very large U shaped bar accommodated many football fans on my last visit. The beer pint prices are decent and the selection is good. The food is pretty good for a bar. I had the wings with a rub on them and a side of fries. Service was very good and friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was at Kick Back Jack’s. I normally set my standards very low when it comes to bar food, as I am normally there mainly for the drinks. I ordered the Buffalo Shrimp as an appetizer and the Ribs and Shrimp as my main course. The Shrimp in both dishes was great. It was a medium-​large size and extremely tasty. Although the ribs were very tiny, they were well seasoned with quite a unique flavor. The broccoli was fresh as well! On the other hand, the service was slightly poor. Our waitress was very quiet and spoke in such a low tone that I eventually stopped listening to her. My group of coworkers sat at the restaurant for a few hours on a Friday evening, which I guess is not the norm because our waitress completely disappeared two hours in. A friend of mine ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake and received a Pound cake with strawberries on the side. When brought to the waitresses attention she replied, «Oh I’m sorry, the only thing I heard you say was strawberry.» That was actually very disappointing to hear, and needless to say, the customer service actually went downhill from there.
Despite the poor customer service, I will definitely go back and will also even recommend to friends. However, I will not expect any more from their customer service as it does not seem to be a priority here.

Ive been here three times and every time the service has been different, but the potato soup has always reigned supreme!!! The soup is always hot, cheesy and just the right thickness. I love it and it’s worth a trip there everytime. The chicken wings have a great overall taste and can be cooked longer for those crispy wing lovers like myself. The service has been hit or miss depending in the experience of the waitress. But if you want good food and bustling live atmosphere, this is the place for you.

Normal bar and grill type of place. Staff are young girls with short shorts trying to flirt to make tips. Food was really good and the cheese fries are the best.

This place is consistently good. When I say good, this place is a sports bar type of restaurant with large portions and pretty typical food. You are not going to have a gastropub experience here, but if your looking for well prepared American fare without too much fuss and consistently good service you could do a lot worse.

We were out searching for a refrigerator and came upon kickBack Jacks. So why try it. Once we entered the ambiance felt similar to chilies or wild wings. We were promptly greeted and sat center aisle adjacent to the booths. When one loves sports this is the place to be literally. One certainly won’t miss a second of the games not even while using the rest rooms for the TVs are also in the restrooms.
We ordered the loaded fries and wow were they a large order. The fries are sadly the size of broken up pieces of potatoes but very delicious. If only I was ordering just fries I may be very impressed but We also ordered the burger and a salad.
The salad was ok but just ok. As for the burger it came out raw and then was microwaved to the proper temp. Needless to say not a fan of the microwaved burger.

This is my local neighborhood bar and I absoutley could not be more happy with the countless experiences i’ve had here. Anytime I have friends over I convience them to visit KBJ for «one drink» which naturally turns into quite an evening. Everyone loves the vibes there, the bartenders are so fun and the food is way above your average «bar food». The chicken nachos are ah-​mazing! Anything my friends or myself have ever ordered has always exceeded our expectations. Kickbacks is a great place to take the family for dinner or sit bar side and watch a game (on one of the many new huge televisions)! Definitely try it out!

Kick Back Jack’s is our neighborhood sports bar. It is less than a mile from where we live and it is go to for us. It has pretty consistent food. Beer wise — it doesn’t have the selection of microbrews that TMAC has. If you want a large selection on Microbrews — TMAC is your spot. Just a good, solid sports though — Kick Back Jack’s has your back. My standard order is the chicken finger platter with french fries. The chicken fingers are always on point. Sauce wise, I order Ranch — they have one of my favorite Ranch dressings. I also order a side of their Honey Buffalo wing sauce. I really like this sauce as a dip for my Chicken Fingers. The fries can be some of the best fries out there. They are really flavorful. The only complaint — sometimes I get more fry pieces (little tiny pieces of fries) than full, long fries. While it’s inevitable to have a few of these in every batch — sometimes I get more than just a few pieces. Again — when I get a good order of these — they are some of the best fries around. I have also had the cheesesteak and the chicken cheesesteak. Both are also pretty good.
