Mr Smokestack Chimney Service

Service was prompt and professional. The two gentlemen who came to our house (Chris and Eric) were respectful and courteous. One was in training and the other was a seasoned technician. They both completed their taskings and exceeded my expectations. They explained each step of the process of their cleaning to inspection. They explained the science of chimney construction and its workings. This gave me an appreciation to the importance of maintaining and inspecting the structure periodically. We will be using this company for the repair and maintenance of our chimney.

2 years ago we moved to a home with beautiful stone fireplaces with twin stone chimneys upstairs and down. We split a cord of firewood in July in our excitement, but the first time we lit a fire upstairs, smoke poured out of the downstairs fireplace. Doh.
Thus began a long saga of cleaning, inspections, referrals, troubleshooting, moments of despair and ultimately a full re-​mortar job that solved the problem once and for all. Thanks to Mr Smokestack, we can finally enjoy a cracking fire on a cold winter night (and we’ve had plenty of those this year)
Robby and David at Mr Smokestack are knowledgeable, courteous, and do quality work (and clean up afterwards!). We are grateful for their skill, hard work and customer service. They are busy, so plan in advance. Don’t wait until next winter to get on their calendar!
