WORST HAIRCUT AND EXPERIENCE of my life by far! I purchased a Groupon for a treatment and haircut and I went in for a simple long bob cut with a few layers at the end. The girl butchered my hair! Ended up with a long, stacked shag on one side, chunks missing on the other side and short layers on top! A second girl attempted to fix it but it was basically beyond repair. The so called «instructor» acted like it wasn’t a big deal and never even apologized for what this student did to my hair! I could’ve done a better job myself blind folded! Very unprofessional and did not even attempt to compensate in any manner! This nightmare experience took 4 hours as well! The place is totally unprofessional with music blaring and young girls running around chatting around you like it is a slumber party. I could’ve tolerated that had I gotten at least a decent cut. Now I have to go pay someone else to correct what’s left of my hair. AVOID THIS PLACE.
