After experiencing that sudden 55 – 0 stop it was a good precaution to get my vision checked. Since I have had nothing better to do, I figured I would ask my FIL to swing me by the mall for an appointment after he finished getting me to my orthopedic follow up. The Dr was in and she was very thorough with specific recommendations due to my wreck. She noted my vision had changed only slightly, in fact it had improved in one eye. Personality is another reason I like to come here. The doc has always been very personable and this visit was no different. She fielded several questions about how to handle paperwork related to the mva and reassured me she would submit paperwork for a medical records release. Now, «wheelchair accessible» does not necessarily mean«wheelchair friendly.» There were some challenging moments while trying to maneuver around the store and exam rooms, but we all got past those moments without much fuss. Frame selection is very good and pricing was reasonable for not having insurance. My questions about lenses were answered to my satisfaction and I should have my new specs in a week or two.
