Sleepy’s

Gayle helped me find exactly what I was looking for and a mattress at a reasonable price! I wanted to surprise my younger sister with a new bed for Christmas and was not sure if I would be able to afford one but I did! Gayle was pleasant and friendly and made sure that I understood exactly everything that was going on. Thank you to Gayle for making this year a special one for my sister. I will definitely be back and recommend many others to come to this Store!

I had a good experience this past weekend at Sleepy’s. I needed a new mattress & since Sleepy’s is near my house, I decided to check them out online prior to going into the store. They were having a sale & free delivery — which all would end on Sunday.
I knew I wanted a Tempur-​pedic, but there were so many choices.
When I arrived at the store, I first noticed how small it was & there were two associates — one tied up on the phone & the other was assisting customers. They both spoke to me.
While the one was on hold on the phone, she asked me what I was looking for & told me some models to try.
This is a huge decision & also weird rolling around on beds. :D However, I know I needed to duplicate my sleeping positions. After about 45 minutes of trying out about 6 different ones, the very last one I tried was «The One.» A Tempur-​pedic Supreme.
The checkout process was rather long & drawn out. And she wasn’t really pushy until it came to the mattress protector — I didn’t want one. And if I did decide on one, I could easily go to Target & purchase one for much less. So I was persistent & she did give me $ 20 off. While I did purchase it, it will be returned, because I did find one at Target for less than half.
I was given plenty of delivery times, which was great. And they deliver 7 days a week.

If you live in the Raleigh area, then you probably noticed Sleepy’s stores popping up all over the place. My first experience with Sleepy’s was in the DC area and it was a good one, so I wanted to at least check out Sleepy’s in NC before we decided on buying a mattress elsewhere. I am so glad I called Sleepy’s at North Hills and Gayle answered the phone! We went and saw her the next day and she was as patient and as pleasant as can be. She was very knowledgable and willing to answer any question. Needless to say, we ended up buying our mattress that day from her! The delivery guys were fantastic as well, very courteous! Overall, a great experience. Two mattresses from Sleepy’s in a row! Go Sleepy’s!

My husband and I had a great experience while shopping for a mattress at the North Hills location. Gayle provided exceptional customer service. She was professional and respected our time constraints (went shopping for a mattress on our lunch break). I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a mattress to visit Gayle at Sleepys North Hills!

I went in to Sleepys looking for a mattress for my daughter. Roger was beyond helpful. I expected the stereotype mattress salesman pitch, but only got useful information. He even said he’d suggest a mattress that his store didn’t have on the floor – he clearly wanted what was best for my daughter rather than a guaranteed commission. Very impressive!

Nice bed store at North Hills. They have everything displayed well and it is an enjoyable place to shop. I have not purchased anything here yet, but I understand they are very competitive on price.

We met Gayle at the Raleigh Home Show this past Fall along with Reps for at least two other stores. We tried out multiple matresses at the home show, but knew when we were ready to buy we would head to Sleepy’s. So, last month we headed to the North Hills Sleepy’s and Gayle took her time and explained all the features and benefits clearly of each option we considered. We left the store understanding our warranty and feeling like we got a really good deal. More important was we felt that if there are any problems in the future we would have the support we needed from Gayle and Sleepy’s. Overall, very positive buying experience.
