Don’t do it! They make it look tempting but the reality of being over priced along with poor customer service makes this place a loser. Shop online and get better products for less. This is just a glorified Gillette store. I made an unfortunate impulse buy in the form of what they call a good deal as a package. Shaving brush and a razor for a few hundred dollars. Big mistake. I found that there are substantially better products at significantly lesser prices. Do some online research. I also purchased a small gift set for a friend. When I found out that my friend couldn’t use the products I took them back to the store. Since I had paid in cash, naturally I expected a cash refund for my $ 60. Nope! They’ll only issue a company check in 90 days. There is no flexibility at all. So they get to use your money for other things before they send it back to you. Incidentally, the shaving brush that I bought several months ago and hardly ever use is losing bristles like crazy. Buyer beware and find somewhere that will give good service at a reasonable price.
