Triangle Chimney

David with Triangle Chimney was fantastic! He was very thorough, friendly, and professional. He came to do a chimney cleaning but also ended up helping us replace one of the pieces of our unit. We appreciated his flexibility and how he walked us through each step of what he was doing. It’s very refreshing to see this type of personalized customer service — hard to find these days. We would definitely recommend Triangle Chimney — great prices and top notch service!

Completely unprofessional! About 3 months ago they came out to install stove piping.
As they did this, listening to this guy (supposedly one of the owners) talk about why he and his partner had a fallen out got kinda old and way too much information.
I thought maybe he was just having a day…
Today events:
First they called to adjust todays appointment to 9am, then came 45 minutes late.
Though I had confirmed the adjusted time, they then called California for some reason 30 minutes later and woke up my father-​in-​law at 6am to again confirm the appointment. (He’s is the owner of the house.)
Today they came out to install a stove. In fact, they are here as I compose this.
I asked them to park at the top of the driveway instead of driving down because we just recently had the driveway resurface because of trucks tearing up every time they leave.
It’s a gravel road on a very steep incline and because of with all of the rain it doesn’t take much to tear it up or get stuck. I expressed my concerns twice by phone and they assured me «no problem.» Did they listen? Not a chance, they just did what they wanted and drove down the driveway. This 22 year old expressed to me that he didn’t want to catch pneumonia by walking 15 yards to my door in the rain! (By the way they would have walked under trees the whole way to my door.)
They didn’t have to carry any real equipment to install the stove since the stove is already here. Just connect the already installed piping.
So now this 22 year is training an 18 year old and I’m pretty pissed because it obvious that they both need trainings…
I’m absolutely sure that those two 5 star reviews above are written by their girlfriends or friends.
It’s now 12pm, 2 hour 15 minutes later and they still have a good ways to go just to attach already installed piping to the stove. I’m really pissed. I would NOT recommend them not unless you want to play a practical joke on someone you don’t like!

We were very happy with this company. They came out when they said they would and got right to work and had both of my chimneys cleaned in about a hour. They inspected the chimneys and pointed out problems we had and offered suggestions how to hand the problems. David and Gene were very nice and helpful. David took pictures of what was going on with the chimney on the roof so I could see what he was talking about. I will definitely call them again.

Very courteous and informative. They cleaned the chimney, inspected it and cleaned out the fireplace. The fireplace is now spotless! Couldn’t get any better. Thanks guys!
