My family has used Wang’s for as long as I can remember. I’m pretty small, so it’s always difficult for me to find clothes that fit just right. I’ve had pants and dresses tailored here as well as delicate clothes dry cleaned here and they always do a great job. The turnaround is super quick, and the prices are very cheap for the quality and speed you get!

I’ve been using Wang’s for about a year. The prices are really good but the quality is just medium. I dropped off 2 pairs of jeans 8 days ago for hemming. We agreed I could pick them up this morning. I arrived at 11:45 and was told I needed to wait a minute. I could hear the sewing machine running in the back room and 10 minutes later my jeans were brought out and put in a hanger in front of me. They were obviously hemmed while I waited. If I knew this were an option I would’ve saved myself the original trip. Kind of inconvenient and not the best work for $ 20.

I’ve been using Wang’s Tailor shop for eight or nine years and have always been pleased. They are located on Gorman street near Western Blvd making it pretty convenient to NC State.
Prices are reasonable and she turns items around quickly.
Best of all, unlike my wife, she doesn’t yell at me when I wait till the last minute to bring something in!

While riding past this place, I noticed a sign that said $ 5 for pants hemming. I dropped off a pair of jeans to be hemmed. The $ 5 charge is for pants. They charge $ 6 for jeans, which is still an awesome deal. I dropped them off around 4:30 and picked them up at the same time on the next day. The hem job was very professional and first class! The only downside was that the stitching at the hem did not match the rest of the pants. The stitching was the same color as my jeans, so they still looked good. I didn’t look bad at all, but you can tell that the jeans had a non factory hem. They still did a really good job though, especially for $ 6! They’ll have my business again soon.
