Normally, this place is great, but lately the drive thru service(specifically) sucks big time and I could say that in a much more inappropriate way, but I am choosing not to. RUDEPEOPLE.

Very fast service! Sometimes the girls in the drive thru pay more attention to each other than you, but they are very efficient and quick to fix any issues.

I have been here 5 – 6 times in the past year and they have not given me the correct order yet. For example, for breakfast I received pinto beans instead of grits the other month. We drive to the Bojangles in Cary now, even though it is further, because the orders errors are that annoyingly off.

Best Bojangles experience ever! Big shout-out to Kayla and Lawrence for super service. Mine was really just a simple stop for chicken before a tailgate. The service and effort to make sure we got exactly what we needed with giant smiles was so refreshing! Thank you!

This is my 1st time at Bojangles, it was okay, the biscuit was my favorite; as for the chicken I like Popeyes better; it was spicy, yet lacked the crunch that I look for in fried chicken. The biscuit was nice & buttery, their not better than Red Lobsters Cheddar Biscuits, but they can give Popeyes a run for their money, depending on the location you go to. Would I eat here again? Well, let’s just say, only if I’m really hungry and nothing else is opened!

Food was great like always. When you’re too busy with work and need a quick lunch, Bojangles drive thru is awesome.

Um, a deliciously juicy spicy chicken biscuit sandwich for breakfast … 5 stars! They should bring this place to NYC!

If you are looking for FAST food, you need to go to this bojangles! They are so effiecient with ordering that I always get my food really quickly even when the line is long. I love the fried chicken at bojangles. The chicken pieces are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They are so good and have a little kick at the end. I would not go any other fast food restaurantsto get fried chicken. The sweet tea and biscuits are great as well. The best part of this bojangles is that you don’t have to clean up after yourself!

Horribly greasy. I ate there once and I wouldn’t try it again. If I want to have greasy junk food, I’d rather go to McDonald’s.

This is the best bojangles in Raleigh. The drive through line is often wrapped around the building, however, I’ve never had to wait more than about 3 minutes for my food. The people who work there are always friendly! I go at least 3 times a week for breakfast

I’m changing my review because of a bad experience I just had there. My birthday was two days ago and I wanted to use my coupon(photo included) for a free biscuit. I got in line at the drive thru and presented the coupon. I asked for a steak biscuit and said I’d like to use the coupon for a free fillet biscuit. I purposely did it like this because the fillet was more expensive. That’s when the manager came over and said it had to be the other way around. She wanted me to pay more, then use the coupon for something of a lesser price. It was like 80 cents difference, but I refused. The document said ANYPURCHASE gets me one of the free biscuits, the cajun fillet included. But no, she was firm. Because of bad managing and lousy business practices, I’ve gotta write this spot off and give them the finger. It should be noted that I had no such trouble from the Bojangles in Apex.

A nice sweet treat on the day before Valentine’s Day. I’d just gotten my car back after some body work and was feeling pretty spirited for a fabulous Friday. Passed through the drive-thru to pick up a Sweet Tea, sausage biscuit, and Bo Berry Biscuit as a quick reward and boost to the day. Sweet tea and sausage biscuit were just as delicious as always. Imagine my surprise when I opened the Bo Berry Biscuit at the office though. It was a heart-shaped design! How thoughtful that Bojangles would think to do something like that. I shared the image with many people and it brought smiles to their faces too. Impressed and heartfelt from a corporation. You don’t find that too often. Plus, the ladies at the drive-thru were just as happy as could be on that cold dreary morning. So, I’d say it was a day started with love and smiles thanks to that one creative decision and the pleasant demeanor of their staff.

They always forget something in my order and I always end up having to go back or give up. If I order something why should I have to check that you did it right when it is your job. Come on Bojangles

Clean and super efficient. I like that you can leave your tray. The driveway is pretty steep but they always have it salted. As a southern lady, I’ve eaten at over 10 locations in 4 states and this is def as good as it gets. That’s why I rated it so highly.

Growing in the West and meeting folks from the South, Bojangles was a myth to me, until I finally got to try it. OMG, their fried chicken is amazing. Bite into the skin and the juices flow and you get a burst of flavor. This is some excellent chicken. Try their Blueberry bobiscuit if you have room and if you’re really in for a splurge, wash it all down with some sweet tea.

In my years traveling and eating across the southeastern portion of the United States of America, I have eaten many a meal at Bojangles’ fine fast food establishments. I know what you’re thinking: «Fast food is fast food; Bojangles is Bojangles.» But this Bojangles is no ordinary Bojangles. The service is fast and accurate and the food never disappoints. Western Boulevard restaurants can be ridiculously busy during peak meal hours, but Western Bojangles does not care. Employees working the drive-thru form an assembly line that operates with an efficiency that would likely make Henry Ford green with envy. It truly is a pleasure just to watch. Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor post-NC State football game defeats stays these capable managers and employees from completing their swift transactions with customers. Oh, and did I mention their delicious food and sweet tea?

Bojangles’ always seems to be consistent with me no matter what location I’m at. This location is near my friend’s house, so it’s become a Sunday morning tradition when I visit overnight. Apparently it’s a Sunday morning tradition for others in the area, too, as both times I’ve been here, they’ve been quite busy in the drive-through. The first time I came here, they had two workers working out the back door, one taking orders verbally over headset & one taking the money. I was a bit perplexed by this, but thankfully my order was correct when I got my food(at the normal window). This second time, a nice computer screen confirmed my order that I placed(normal operations). While the drive-through line(both times) was packed, they got us through in a timely manner. The food has been perfect(my steak biscuit combo with bo rounds, friend: cajun filet biscuit with fries) & of course, the sweet tea is always delicious! Thank you Bojangles’ for always being consistent & oh so yummy!

One of the better Bojangles I’ve been to — and I’ve been to at least 35 of them, if not more. Possibly because it’s so close to NC State, it stays open late, tends to be busy often, yet keeps the Bojangles quality of food. The chicken selects were hot, not greasy and tasted great. The sweet tea was damn good and the mash potatoes held their own. The pecan twist and Bo-Berry Biscuit were fresh and tasteful. If you going to the RBC Center it’s a good spot that will be open after the game — and won’t be serving food that’s been sitting around for hours.
