The slowest«fast-food» i’ve ever been ! All the staff is like stoned and lazy ! They go so slowly it is crazy: I have been waiting 30 minutes for my food(in a fast food) ! A good manager should come and change the way staff work to make them more productive ! Edit: the worse is when I came back home and open my food, lettuce, tomatoes and onions were missing in my triple w/cheese and nobody get the idea to inform me: this is theft !

Walked in at 10:55 to place a to go order because the drive thru line was really long(like it always is). I was told by a girl moping the floor they were closed. When I said that I thought they closed at 11 she replied yes. I pulled my phone out and said it is 10:56. She replied well we are closed.

The spicy chicken tenders were awful. Very little chicken in the chicken tender, chewy vs. tender, breading has a lousy flavor. The price is less than $ 2 for 6 tenders but not a value because the tenders are not edible. Fries are barely edible. Their spicy chicken sandwich is good but pricey.

This place poisoned my girlfriend, I’m writing this from the emergency room at 2:19 am. She is deathly allergic to tomatoes, she made this CLEAR when she ordered and her sandwich still came with tomatoes. When she sent it back and cited the mistake and that she was highly allergic for a second time. They«remade» the sandwich by simply removing the tomatoes from the existing one. Lazy, sloppy, lethal, and totally unacceptable. Disgusting restaurant. Do not go here.

The drive thru is way too slow. I think it was literally about 5 minutes per car to get through. This doesn’t work on a time crunch. First world problem, but I am annoyed ;) Chick-Fil-A and McDonald’s know how to do it. Food was subpar too. My lettuce was mostly light, tomato poor, burger built sloppy.

This is my go-to spot for lunch, mainly because it’s right around the corner from my office. The food is good, and for a good price. My only complaint would be about the Baconator fries. They are certainly not as advertised. Sadly they are just normal fries with a squirt or two of liquid cheese and a sprinkle of bacon. I’ve ordered this a couple of times at this same location and I’ve always been less than impressed with the Baconator fries.

Service was quick, but I didn’t get a receipt. I wasn’t asked if it was dine in or to go. I go to Wendy’s to get my favorite drink, Cherry lemonade. It is not even choice in the machine anymore. I tried to ask if they no longer offered that flavor and got a run around answer about it might be out. It was not out! It wasn’t listed anymore. You would think the employees would know what is available.

This rebuilt Wendy’s is fantastic and I tell you what, if I had to take a dump at any fast food restaurant, I would choose this one.

I arrived after at 8:30PMET. The store was bright, clean, and the staff pleasant. The reinvention of the Wendy’s store concept has my vote. This is my first visit since the remodel and I like it; a lot. It easily meets the bar set by McDonald’s recent remodels; but more welcoming to me. The fare was familiar BUT, that Ciabatta Bacon Cheeseburger was like a thing conceived in a Food Network chef competition! No kidding; I found the one I had to be that good. I did eat it in store with a side salad. The salad was just average, but that was fine. I’ll be back.

I can’t tell you that this Wendy’s is any different food-wise from any other Wendy’s. This is one of the first in the area to get an upgrade to the new model. Fancy electric menu screens, two of those newfangled Coke machines with a billion flavor combinations, and even a comfy area with a false fireplace to cozy up and keep you warm through the winter so you can dip those fries in your Frosties year-round! The staff was ultra-nice, which I didn’t expect from a university location. I think the cashier even flirted with me a little. Probably thought it was cute I was taking my Mom to lunch on her break. This is how you get girls, fellas. Not by posturing at a club and being a rude, loud prig in public. Take your Mom out once in a while and treat her well. Buy her some Wendy’s. Splurge on a larger size drink she can take back to work. Smile more. Get yourself a square burger and be nice to people all the time.

They rebuilt this iconic place on WB. It looks nice, atleast it makes you feel like you’re getting a fresher product. The traffic is horrible at certain times of the day. They completed my order correctly and the food was good, I will be returning. Pretzel Burger out!

I like Wendys. However over the years Wendys has become slower at the counter and more focused on the drive thru. This Wendys just underwent extensive remodeling which looks and feels nice but overall has no atmosphere except a feeling of just tables pushed together. The food is served most of the time pretty hot to very warm. The fries are usually hot but sometimes it is hit or miss. I do like Wendys chili but not at this location. It just tastes like soup instead of chili. Drinks are packed with ice which usually lands you back in line for a refill. There is no drink machine for patrons which means not only do you need to wait in line but usually wait longer which is a disappointment because some people wait longer than normal — which makes your food cold because of the wait. Drive thru is so so. Usually pretty quick but check your bag. I have experienced wrong orders on multiple occasions. A huge negative turn off is the aggressive panhandling in the parking lot and sometimes inside nearest to the rest rooms. Management does very little to remedy that problem. I do not recommend parking closest to the laundry location across the street from the Wendys. Park on the side closest to the drive thru to avoid aggressive beggars.
