Worst run fast food restaurant I’ve been to in awhile. Took over 20 min to get food. Had to remind them all four combos we ordered came with fries. Missing 4 nuggets out of 10. Asked for cheese on fish sandwich, and although the ticket stated it-the sandwich had no cheese. It was a busy afternoon, but it seemed like no one knew what to do.

It’s a standard Wendy’s. The food is consistent and restaurant is clean. My only complaint is it is always packed.

Every time I head home from class at wake and I’m hungry Wendys sounds amazing. Then I get home and the food is shit. Today, my burger was cold and pink inside, the bun was burnt/hard, the cheese was melted hours agoand then DRIED and the lettuce was mushy and broke apart. The BACONWASN’T FULLYCOOKED! DISGUSTING. I WANTEDTOPUKE. If that’s not enough, the staff was also rude. I’m about to call the health department!

How freaking hard is it to run a fast food chain? Wendy’s is on the road to ruin and this store is a prime example of why. I used to go to Wendy’s because it was the fastest, the food was fresh and the service was good. I went here today and the girl taking the drive through orders was rude and ghetto. I ordered a kids meal and She didn’t ask what drink I wanted to it so when I told here after it popped up on the screen she caught an attitude and seemed like she had to redo the order. Not pleasant or friendly or even professional in the least. Same thing when I got to the window. The time I came to this store before that I waited 23 minutes in the drive thru and dealt with the same lackluster service. Never again, I’m through with Wendy’s. There’s a great pizza joint in the same shopping center, do yourself a favor and go there instead(Sergio’s) or even the Chinese take out joint(China Wok). Both are superior in every aspect and you’ll be in and out faster than you would at this Wendy’s drive thru, the food is better and you’ll probably spend less. They can keep their crappy gimmick food. Should have spent some money on properly hiring and training people instead of building shiny new square restaurants. I just want to slap the«real» Wendy every time I see her on the commercials, and also that stupid redhead actress in most of the commercials. Stop trying to come up with the next new trend and focus on what made you successful.

New building, clean interior and efficient service. I will say, however, that service in the drive-through is oh so slow. I usually dip in real quick, place my order and am usually out in three minutes. As for three stars, fast-food really can’t get much higher.

The young man that waited on me, laughed when I told him my name for my order. I almost always use Montana when I have to listen for my name to be called. Montana is not my name but I never get it confused with anything else. If I use Phil, sometimes I think they said, Bill or Will or some other double ll ending name. I have used it for years but this was the first time someone laughed at me. I got 5 double stack cheese burgers, 4 small french fries, 2 chocolate frosties, and 2 four piece chicken nuggets for $ 18.18 including tax. Can’t beat that.

This Wendy’s did an overhaul in and out. So I figured, I’d give it them another chance –yet again. Earlier today I went to another Wendy’s in another town close to my job and I was pretty satisfied. Later tonight, my daughters asked if we could go this Wendy’s since it was newly renovated, and close to the soccer field they practice in and more importantly we were all hungry. I was hesitant at first as I had a bad experience with this location before it was remodeled. My previous experience was a complete disappointment starting with incorrect order, missing condiments/utensils, and horrible staff — and poor management. When we got in line to place our order the first thing I saw was a school of flies in the ceiling!!! Flies!!! For a newly renovated building, this should be the last thing you should see unless they are breeding them inside the store. In addition, it smelled like bathroom… I ordered anyway as we are hungry, the first item I order, the cashier looked at me jokingly said«we just run out.» Are you kidding me? it is 7:30PM on Wednesday. This is when most people eat and you are out of something you you have on the menu this early!!! So I changed my order. Proceed to the pick-up counter… The employees including the manager are lacking customer service. They do not acknowledge that you are even standing in front of them. I was going to say something to the manager, but I realize the manager was still the same one I had issues with the last time I dine-in the store last year. That last incident, I contacted the regional manager and complaint about his restaurant manager and was assured that it will be fixed after the renovation was completed as new staff will be hired… Hah!!! What a joke… The manager is lacking customer service and most importantly common sense! I’ll save you all all disappointment, time, and money. Go to McD’s or BK right down the street or heck hit the Pizza shack in the same shopping center, but just because they renovated, doesn’t mean that the food is any better, the service is any better, the place is any better. Overall, my experience along with my daughters were way below average. I reminded my girls when we got in the car to not ever come back at this location even though it’s only a couple of miles from my house. I like eating at Wendy’s but not at this location… Avoid avoid avoid as much as possible. At the end of my visit, I wanted to eat something else to wash down the taste of food I just put in my mouth.

Apparently Wendy’s might be starting to copy McDonald’s with the remodeling, but I don’t care as this Wendy’s looked nice. The completely did the Wendy’s look both inside and out. The food was good, but just because they improved the look, does not mean everything else improved. Besides it’s Wendy’s, they don’t really need to improve. They are good the way they are.

Mostly, a Wendy’s is a Wendy’s is a Wendy’s as far as the food goes. Since the recent overhaul on their menu with the changes to the burgers and additions of different salads, the quality of Wendy’s food in general has improved. Yay for them. However, this means that what differentiates one Wendy’s from another(like with most fast food places) is the service, and this particular location is severely lacking in that department. I’ve visited this Wendy’s a few times but each time I kick myself because the service is so crappy I promise myself I wont go back. Hopefully writing this review will help me remember why this place is awful and keep me from returning. Here are a few examples of the things I’ve experienced: — Cups handed through the window with copious soda dripping down the sides — Their complete inability to understand the words«no cheese». I’ve even gone inside with a burger from the drive-through that wasn’t supposed to have cheese and gotten a replacement, only to see that the replacement had cheese too. They got it right on the 3rd try but dang, it’s supposed to be *fast* food, right? — Condiments that specifically come with an item(such as dressing with a salad) forgotten — Never once have I been given a straw — Completely incorrect items(given a burger instead of a chicken sandwich, etc) — Up charging for swapping similar items such as a different type of cheese on a salad when no other location does this — Sandwiches that are so thrown together that the meat is only 1⁄3 the way in a bun and the wrapper wont even go around the dang thing. Those are just a few but suffice to say that anything that could make a fast food experience even slightly enjoyable is nonexistent here. Even when I actually remember to check my bag before leaving, getting the necessary items from the surly, uninterested staff is like pulling teeth.
