Mom needed something for a late lunch (3pm) so we went here. First visit to the new concept they did a few years ago. I liked the décor and the easier line flow with a separate order and food pick up area.
First thing I noticed was a customer having a problem using a coupon at the register. Once they got to us the counter clerk was efficient but not very welcoming. Same for the person at the pick up counter.
Mom had a grilled chicken sandwich and she said she like it, I had a Frosty which was thick and enjoyable.
Biggest ding here is for the trashy trash area in the dining area. Again this was 3 in the afternoon with maybe 3 or 4 diners. The trash area was more than overflowing. This is a sign of poor management to allow such a mess to happen.

My experience at this wendys was a great one! We got our order correct and fast with the help of a happy and nice staff. Food was great too. Best bacon on a burger ever!

This experience to Wendy’s was a better one. We went through the Drive-Thru on this trip. After we pulled up to the speaker, they put us on hold for a minute before they took our order. The food was hot and fresh, so, what more could you ask for. We didn’t get any old chicken nuggets, or room temp fries.
