Denny’s

The food was okay, the Mango smoothie was very tasty. The service wasn’t great however; our server even rolled her eyes at us when we asked questions about the menu. :(But I did see another server that was enjoying her morning and she seemed great, although she wasn’t serving us. It was difficult finding a vegetarian option as well, because everything on the menu included sausage or bacon. It was also more expensive than I was expecting: my simple meal totaled around $ 12. Overall, I wouldn’t come here again. Sorry Denny’s!

I absolutely have to give this specific Denny’s 5 stars simply because of the incredible staff and the service.
We have been coming to this particular Denny’s for years and have known many of the staff members for a while. I love how friendly all of them are. I went here with my dad today and they immediately cleaned off a booth for us because they know we prefer sitting in booths as opposed to tables. Before we had even gotten settled, our waitress brought us two orange juices without us having to ask since that is what we normally order. I change up my order every time I come, but my dad consistently orders the same entrée, and our waitress remembered exactly what he normally orders.
While all of this was going on, I noticed a completely different waitress greet two people who I noticed were also regulars, and she knew their exact order as well.
This particular time, I ordered «eggs in a basket,» which is two eggs fried in the center of a cheddar bun, with a side of hash browns with cheese and bacon, and two strips of bacon. I always order this without the bacon in the hash browns and with the strips of bacon on the side because I don’t eat meat, and they got my order exact.
I personally enjoy Denny’s food. It’s inexpensive and the portion sizes are filling. I like that they change up the menu periodically to add more variety, and they have some innovative menu items that I haven’t seen at other restaurants (eggs in a basket, Baja quesadilla burger, etc.)
Overall, for this specific experience at this particular Denny’s, I will rate them 5 stars for staff, service, and food.

I use to come here years before but stopped due to the food and atmosphere.
So! Today I decided to have breakfast which is rare for me. :)
I came and to my surprise it was way different.
It had been remodeled which looks great.
Everything was clean from the floors to the tables, utensils, menus, and so on.
I was eager to see if the food quality would match the atmosphere.
It did without a doubt.
My server Scott was a prime example of what any server should be.
I never had to ask for anything, He was just on top of things and wanted to make sure that I was happy.
I watched him do the same for everyone else.
Great server again.
I will be back for sure and recommend others to give a try.

Food is ok, but the service really sucks. Had to wait forever to be seated even in the middle of the night. Orders took forever and got screwed up when they finally did arrive. Will definitely not return to this place!

Honestly this is not a great place to eat. Walked in and the lady just started at us for a second then said something to the next guy and he asked us how many. Real lack of personality compared to what I’m used to at other locations. These employees seem to be depressed. The food came fast enough which was nice but really lacked in flavor. I can honestly look at the menu and not find 1 item they make that I enjoy. I’m not a picky person but they really should revamp the menu we get it you make pancakes now get some more meat options with flavor. Biscuits and gravy what can i say. The biscuits where flat and lifeless and the gravy was watered down and could use some pepper. Waiter never asked if we wanted refills I finally asked him. He was nicer than the First Lady though and respectful.

Came here on Saturday around 11−12ish and it was surprisingly busy here. There was even a wait. Luckily, it wasn’t that long since we were the first ones waiting.
Our food took about 25 – 30 minutes to arrive. Our waitress Maria P. didn’t even notify us at all that our food will be here shortly, will take longer than usual, etc. We were so hungry! We also didn’t appreciate the fact that she didn’t even come to check up on us after our food arrived. We weren’t the only table that was starting to get irritated. I overheard a woman who was at a table next to us, told the waitress that her food still has not arrive yet & that she will not be paying for her food if it arrives any longer.
Other than the service we received, I really liked my meal. I got the spicy chicken skillet which is only here for a limited time and I actually really liked it. It was tasty and the chicken was not dry and it had a nice spicy kick to it. It has chorizos, chicken, jalapeños, mushrooms, potatoes, onions and cheese in it.

Standard fare, good only because it’s cheap, and why did they not do everything that I asked them to do with my meal? Standard fare.

glad to see that they got rid of a horrible staff. the service has improved greatly!!! our server was great and very attentive. I believe her name was Amanda. a huge change from the drunken troll who served us on prior visits.

Honestly wishing I could give this no stars. Went in and waited an hour to get water after having to ask for it. Was not a busy night. Never seen our waitress until she brought us a check after we had to ask for it. Terrible service.

Very bad service. Sitting in the counter you could tell how unorganized the place is. If it takes about 10 min to get acknowledged there’s something wrong. Maybe it’s because they are so understaffed. Will not be coming back. If you plan to come in make

With it being October, and me being the pumpkin obsessed basic white girl I am, I had to order the pumpkin pecan pancake breakfast. They were delicious and pretty much tasted like Christmas.
I should have just got the pancakes on their own really, but I went for the full breakfast which included eggs (mine were over hard — I’d never heard of that before, only over easy), streaky bacon and hash browns. I love American hash browns. But, SO MUCH FOOD.
Also, a mention for the service, which was fantastic!

Wow the customer service was beyond amazing.
Erica did such a Greta job I am so happy.
They got me an awesome teapot cause I wasn’t feeling well. The manager was also above and beyond. I will strongly recommend this location and I will be coming back. Food was extra hot and fresh, and delicious too. Come here! And as you can see from my previous reviews I don’t give just any old place 5 stars, keep up the awesome work guys!

We came into this place in a hurry, there was a line & I lk over & there were 4 seats @ the counter so we quickly sat down & were asked what we’d like to drink right away & given menus. I’m already starting to like it.
Our waitresses name was Michelle & she’s definitely the person I’d request next time. She was very pleasant & smiling, kept refilling our glasses & asking if we needed anything else, she was was a little talkative w/​us which made us feel really welcome.
We knew what we wanted & placed our orders & not very long afterwards, she returns with portions of our slams. which wasn’t a problem since we started eating what we had & what was delivered was hot & ready! This was perfect timing!
I ordered a Build Your Own Slam substituting French Toast instead of the Pancakes, 2 eggs lightly scrambled, turkey bacon & oatmeal. My eggs were cooked exactly the way that I wanted them to be. I couldn’t have gone back there myself & done a better job. nope! The French Toast was smooth in cutting, didn’t fall apart. It wasn’t dry. It was good and HOT My oatmeal, I had cranberries, butter & brown sugar mixed together & it was delicious! This topped off my breakfast! At this moment the only thing that would’ve made me happier, was if my Granny was sitting next to me enjoying it w/​me.
My daughters friend had the Fit Slam which she said was great (she picked out the tomatoes. lol). My daughter ordered turkey bacon, wheat toast, turkey bacon (yes I did repeat that just like she did. hehe) & pancakes. She couldn’t finish all of her bacon & toast so we have her pancakes from breakfast. somewhere in the truck. as we venture homeward bound. I may add that she took my turkey bacon off my plate as well. that kid it! My honey had the French Toast Slam, his usual dish here @ Denny’s.

It’s Denny’s BUT the ladies here and the cook staff make this one different than others. Super friendly. Remember our faces (we come to kids free Tuesday, weekly.)
The food never has issues, the quality is very good and the cost is much less than the quality calls for.
Really there isn’t much to point out on the negative. Other than its ALWAYS freezing in here.
And their claw machine is very loose and I never win and I ALWAYS win when I power the claw.
Also one of the waitresses Chives so that’s cool as heck as well

I only gave 2 stars. The food was good. Had the fit slam. Tasted great look beautiful. It came out fast.
The staff was nice up until our server. She seemed to have better things to do. Was not that busy, so other tables were not the issue.
Over all I will not come back. Bad service is a deal breaker.

The Asian Manager is a complete TOOL!
Customers service is horrid.
Tried to use a coupon on my very last visit from my iPhone the same manager told me he couldn’t use it unless I printed it out. Came back today with a PRINTED coupon I just received in my email and was denied AGAIN!!! Now he says it won’t scan.
NEVER again, you have lost my business! I will go to IHOPS before I ever return to this Denny’s.
My breakfast skillet was cold the hot plate was cold to the touch, the sausage was old and potatoes tasted as if they were under a heat lamp for a week. They smother the food in oil as if they are disguising the awful taste.
They also have NO WI-​FI, this location is a joke!

Always have great service especially by Erica, she is super friendly and always makes sure i am taken care of. She is one of the reasons i keep coming back in.
Food is always what is expected and have yet to have any mistakes on my orders.

Just left after standing there for 7 minutes with not even a smile or a «be with you in one moment» nothing. I wouldve been happy with a «welcome to Dennys, be with you in one moment» but nope. They ignored us. Came with my mom who comes here about once a week.
A lady bussing tables saw us, said outloud to co workers something about people waiting to be seated. Then we stood there for a couple more minutes. Two men came in and stood behind us… After a couple minutes they sat themselves at the bar and SHE (lady with red in her hair) instantly hands them a menu and starts chatting it up. We left. Thats not okay. We were never even acknowledged. Rude. Bad business. We left and went to iHop down the street. Instantly greeted and seated here. In the time we waited at dennys standing we’ve already been greeted, seated, givin coffee, and our orders have been taken. Good job Denny’s.
Oh and while standing there waiting a man who I’m pretty sure is a manager of some sort since he was ringing up a customer in nice normal clothes not a Denny’s uniform, looked me straight in my eyes and then continued to ignore us without so much as a «welcome to Denny’s.»
I wouldve waited at Dennys another 10 minutes but I’m hangry and decided it wouldn’t be fair to take this out on a waitress.
Go to iHop down the street. Much better service and quality. Which is sad, me and my mom use to love this place.

Terrible service, servers are slow & rude and horrible coffee! Sat at a dirty table was served old barely warm coffee and server left without coming back to give me any silverware. That’s just one incident. I could go on and on.
Huge disappoint as this used to be one of my favorite places to have a quick meal and great coffee. The remodeling looks great but without good service & coffee it means nothing.
I don’t plan on ever going back to this Dennys.

This location is very convenient. It is located right off of the freeway and close to many hotels in the area.
The night I went, they were packed. There was some type of high school dance and every seat in the house was full. However, we only waited for like 2 minutes to get a seat.
Our waitress was a little slow on getting us our drinks, probably like 10 min or so. I do have to say though, for them being as packed as they were, they sure did hustle to get the food out quickly without compromising the product.
I ordered the Peanut Butter Cup Pancakes, it came with 2 cakes, 2 eggs, hash browns and 2 bacon (or sausage) for $ 8.99. When presented, they did not look very appetizing, but looks can be deceiving. The pancakes were wonderful and even had a crisp to them along the outer ring. The peanut butter and chocolate sauce were perfect. My only complaint is that with a name like Peanut Buttercup I was expecting peanut buttercup like candy, but nope.
Overall the meal was really good, and I would return if in the area. The staff was all so great and made us feel like we were the only ones dining.
