HP Motors

I now have had my 2012 Toyota Prius Plug In for almost a year and a half which I bought with «salvage» title. This car must have been thoroughly redone. It was in excellent condition including new tires. My mechanic said it was in excellent shape. I have put on approximately 30,000 miles and have not had any problems. Only expense has been oil changes. It is not as quiet as I would like but that is not the fault of HP. I don’t know how much «salvage» will effect the resale but I tend to drive a car into the ground and the scuffs I have put on the exterior will probably devalue the car more.

I have to thank HP Motors, Inc, for selling me an exact duplicate JBL 2010 Toyota Prius Radio/​CD/​Navigation/​GPS/​Bluetooth system to replace the non working system in my daughter’s 2010 Prius. It was in brand new condition, the dealer here in Long Beach installed it and when we loaded the GPS disk the system worked perfectly! I will contact HP Motors for future Prius parts and help. Thank you.

We have worked with Alex for a few years now. We usually contact him for Prius parts whenever a big job comes along that requires used parts. Not once has he let us down. Always fair with prices and very knowledgeable, making it really easy to get the parts we need in a timely manner, and on top of that he delivers the parts if its within a reasonable distance. It’s hard to ask for more out of a company you work side by side with. Highly recommended.

Alex has been in business for several years as a seller of salvaged and repaired Toyota Prius’. My first purchase from him was three years ago and I have now put 110,000 miles on that car — only oil, gas, tires, and brakes.
When I took the car into DMV for the inspection, the inspector said «Are you sure this is a salvaged vehicle?» Yep, they’re that good.
I am picking up another car from Alex tomorrow. Can’t beat the price and he fixes the cars to perfection. If you don’t know, the insurance companies total the car if the air bag deploys. Most of the cars that Alex sees have had a headlight, fender and hood damaged. He fixes them and sells them at a great price.
No problems with insurance, factory repairs, or dealerships. Don’t be afraid to by a salvaged vehicle, but do buy one from someone reputable like Alex. You should plan to own the car for the long run however, as they are more difficult to sell.
