Love creating my own pizza. Good variety of toppings and you can’t beat the price. Quick and good pizza, we will be back.

It is probably because I love pizza so much and because I am spoiled by gourmet pizzas like Giovanni’s, I was all anticipation when I gave money to my nephew and asked him to bring me a thin-​crust, vegetarian pizza from Pieology Pizzeria on Sunrise. I am always open to new experiences, and since the pizzeria is located in my area, I hoped to become a regular customer. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that the bottom of that thin-​crust pizza was simply burned! It was impossible to scratch off the burn due to the thinness of the crust. And the top was far from juicy. In short, that was my worst pizza experience so far.
To be fair, I must admit that the pizzeria was recommended by a friend of mine who praised the place. But I am just reporting my own experience.
Should I give this pizzeria another try? The trip, the waiting time, the money… nope, I don’t feel like that!

This place is amazing! I love their selection, atmosphere, and, employees. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a good quality Pizza that will fill you up.

An excellent pizzeria with a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. The food never disappoints and is lightning fast compared to most pizza restaurants. This particular location is the best in the area!

First time adventuring in, was an amazing experience! Love the concept for pizza, Alfredo’s was delicious, was served to me fast and efficient and the team was very friendly and welcoming!

Come here for lunch sometimes during work!!! Place can be a zoo during lunch but other than that the service and product is great! Love the fact that the dough is pressed to a specific size, I’ve been to other similar business where they hand press it and you get stuck with a kids like pizza for the price of a regular one! The overwhelming amount of options make your pizza anything but normal, which I love!!! Unlimited topping is the way to go! The taste was phenomenal and to bake was less than 10min :)

I love this place. Seriously $ 9 bucks for a nice size pizza, and unlimited toppings. Fast service and great quality. The staff here is also really friendly. And it’s super clean. Did I mention that it’s delicious? Definitely recommend coming here. Try the red sauce and add the garlic sauce on it, gives it a delicious garlic buttery crust.

What a tasty Pieology! I really like a couple of things about this specific business model. I like the fact that the pizza is a personal size that is at a decent price point. I like the customization and that you can put whatever toppings you want for the same price. I love the buffalo chicken pizza, but it’s because I like everything buffalo. The employees are all really nice and the restaurant is in good repair.
I felt like the seating wasn’t arranged in the best fashion, but that is a minor detail. They have left over boxes at your disposal, the soda is good, and the ingredients are very fresh. I also like that it is thin crust (this may be an aspect you do not like), because it doesn’t feel so heavy after eating if that makes sense. Great pizza place; I would definitely return!

Building your own pizza can either be a hit or a miss. You have to know what item goes well with what.
The first time that I came — I loved my pizza!
Second time — pizza was good but it wasn’t as good as the first time around. I think I put too many ingredients into it and the flavors just didn’t match.
For $ 8, you can’t really complain. They have a lot of toppings to choose from and you can choose as many as you want. If you don’t want to build your own, they have pizzas already created that you can order to be made.

GREAT pizza. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Good environment-​music level was prefect. The 2 girls working, Ashlee&Kira were super great!

Love this place! I’ve never had a bad pizza here. The only thing that’s holding me back from a 5 star review is that most of my interactions go like this:
Me: I just want spinach, red onions, mushrooms, and peppers. But LOTS of red onions please.
Pieology: *picks up 5 pcs of red onions and spreads it over entire pizza*
Me: Umm. A little bit more if that’s alright?
Pieology: *picks up 5 more pcs of red onions and spreads it over entire pizza*
Me: Like. I really want a lot of red onions since I don’t get any meat.
Pieology: *picks up 3 more pcs* Is this enough?
And then I’m basically standing there for a good 45 seconds saying «more please» while everyone stares at me like I’m some sort of red onion eating freak (I am though).
Wish they were more generous with their toppings without needing to beg for it, but besides that this is my go-​to pizza place.

I was the very first customer of the day! I was greeted immediately. It was super slow, and I was looking forward to eating as soon as possible because I was starving. I don’t like being hangry. Unfortunately, things didn’t exactly pan out that way.
The employee who helped us was painfully slow. It looked as if she really didn’t want to be there. However, she was not stingy with the toppings at all! My pizza was delicious!
I would definitely return if I am ever in the area. Hopefully the employees will smile more next time. :]

It’s like Chipotle, but with pizza. Interpret that as you will.
So you start with your choice of crusts, sauces and cheeses, veggies and meats, then it’s bakes and brought to you. They do have a small menu of recommended combinations (probably also to establish baseline prices as well).
I got the «rustic veggie» on wheat crust with red sauce and no cheese. It came with spinach, red onion, marinated peppers and corn. The spinach was chopped hella small (not sure what’s wrong with whole spinach leaves), and the pizza was supposed to come with basil, but didn’t.
I’m not a meat eater so my pizza was not particularly robust, but it tasted ok. There were no standout flavors so I can’t say this is something I’m going to crave. Of course, I ordered the most boring vegan pizza so take that as you will. It’s possible that if I ordered an Asiago meatball with extra bacon it would’ve been different.
The price was the same as my standard vegan pizza– the frozen Amy’s Roasted Vegetable, and I’ll probably stick with Amy’s for now.
Would I recommend it? No, but I wouldn’t turn it down either.

This is my second time visiting Pieology, my first time at this location. I’m a rookie creating pizzas here because I opted for damn near every ingredient on hand (not a good idea). Pizza came out prompt and the staff was friendly.

Love the one on 16^th and was delighted to find this when my wife & I were up in Roseville. Ordered a pepperoni with olives bell pepper chicken and jalepenos. Wife wasn’t too hungry but the one slice she did eat took off the pepper and jalepenos. We were just talking about wanting pizza and luckily came upon it.

You mean to tell me I can have cilantro, pineapples, artichokes, spinach mushrooms, and bacon all on my pizza without being told «no.»? I definitely felt like a kid pushing all the flavor fountain drinks into my cup yesterday .
Customer service was just ok, my own creation pizza was good but the crust was burnt and too thin to hold everything together. I love the whole idea of picking whatever you want to create a custom pizza but I’ve had better.
Overall, everything from my experience to my pizza was just ok. Id come back for the convenience.

You pick your crust, sauce, cheese, toppings and abracadabra you have a personal pizza made to your heart’s content.
The pizza’s are just under 8 bucks which is a steal. And it’s delicious to boot.
I made my own pizza and ate about half with leftovers for a day and a half.
Yes yes and yes.
Will definitely return

Really Good thin, very thin, crust pizza. The toppings are fresh and unlimited. Just tell them to add more and they will.

This Location just opened up and so close to the gym :) Love their Pizza and the toppings galore. Staff great! Lots of seats and plenty of parking.
