Ordering over the phone was slow, placed on hold multiple times. Delivery driver was hesitant to give me back the change I requested, expecting a bigger tip. Missing silverware. The pizza was good just lacking on toppings. Pasta bowl good but paid a premium price for extra toppings. Don’t order delivery.

I’ve used this location a few times for online ordering. Gotta love that Domino’s app! Anyway, the first time I ordered a medium pizza and some wings. The order took longer than I expected but this was likely on a weekend. Tonight I ordered a large pizza which came out amazingly. The aroma of just one pizza is filling my house right now. I like how the hand tossed crust is sprinkled with seasoning and tastes like garlic bread. Our delivery guy was nice. The only thing I would change is I wish they would be more generous in their toppings!

You would think that being faithful to the same pizza chain since I moved here a year ago would mean that it is pretty phenomenal or at least has great service with mediocre food well think again… Whenever I order using my app and pay for triple everything which makes their coupons basically garbage I usually will get a decent amount of pineapple on my simple ham and pineapple pizza but double sauce still leaves me with a scarce amount at best. I will refuse to ever go here for carry out again because whoever the short idiot 50 something year old manager is treats you with horrible customer service and is sooooo cheap with everything in there. Even if they screw up you have to stomp your feet to get an offer to fix it and then STILL try to charge for their screw ups. Plus I almost puked today while the terribly rude ignorant girl at the register talked to me with her rotten mouth of teeth. I’m pregnant just wanted a decent pineapple pizza and to not cook and I’ve always loved dominos but I swear I hate this restaurant. Even though it’s the only one near me I’m ready to give up.

So I ordered a pizza on a Saturday night, I understand it will take a while(Saturday late night). The order took over an hour. I called to inquire and the manager was very rude and informed me their tracker is wrong and cannot be trusted. I asked to cancel my order and the manager said«ok» then hung up. I had to call back to make sure it was in fact cancelled(giving the benefit if the doubt, dropped call or something). I asked to speak to the manager to ensure I would not be charged, she informed me she was the manager and«you cancelled» then hung up on me again. I have ordered an outrageous amount of pizzas from them during the week days(I work from home 4 days a week) and will never be ordering from them again.

Really love the pasta bowls that they make. They are really good if you are looking for something other than pizza

Friendliest Domino’s I’ve been to. No complaints about the food.

I was the only customer in the store and was not greeted right away. After Danny placed some stickers on boxes, he finally decided to nonchalantly address me with: «hey, what’s up?» My order was not ready yet, but I paid for it and waited. I was never given an estimate of how much longer it would take. Several minutes passed and my order should have been ready, but there was no indication that it was close to being done. Sooo…I politely requested a refund as I had somewhere else to be. Danny appeared bothered by this as he mumbled, «shit…» while logging onto the register to void my transaction. Never apologized for the delay or attempted to make anything right. He was not even going to give me a copy of the receipt for the void until I requested it.

I’ve been on a gluten-free kick and thus, have been on the search for a pizza chain that services gluten-free pizza without compromising on taste. After a few Google searches, I came across Domino’s website, which stated they serve gluten-free pizza. As a warning, they put a disclaimer on their site saying that if you’re following a gluten-free diet for medical reasons, to reconsider getting their pizza, due to cross-contamination(they don’t have a separate kitchen area for preparing their gluten-free pizzas.) I appreciated that honesty. I ordered a cheese and pineapple gluten-free pizza online, with their«robust inspired tomato sauce.» The total came out to $ 7.42 for a small 10″ pizza, since they had a 50% off coupon for ordering online. The confirmation stated it would be ready within 21 – 26 minutes and when hubs went to pick it up last night, it was ready right on time. My first impression once I opened the pizza box? OMG, I’m in love! The pizza was cheesy and gooey, adorned with juicy pieces of glistening pineapple. The first bite I took blew me away! First off, the pizza sauce makes your tongue sizzle; your tastebuds immediately explode with that zesty burst of tomato flavor. The sauce has a little bit of a kick to it, and with the cheese and pineapple, you have that tanginess and sweetness that just seals the deal. For me, the best part of the pizza was the crust; it was thin but it had an unbelievably chewy, dough consistency to it that compelled you to keep eating more. Needless to say, I scarfed down 4 out of 6 pizza slices. Will I be going back to Domino’s soon for another GF pizza? You can bet on it! Good job, Domino’s. You’ve truly nailed this one!

I had never had Domino’s back in the day when The Noid was doing their commercials. & Back then, I heard the pizza wasn’t that good anyways. So when Domino’s decided to change their recipe, I wished there was one close to me. Unfortunately, this location isn’t close to me at all. Rather, it’s close to my future mother-in-law’s place. So the other day while the fiancé & I were in the area, we decided to place an order for dinner, knowing they were having that $ 5.99 deal when you order 2 items, either 2-topping medium or their new chicken bites. So we decided to try out these bites, ordering the Sweet BBQ Bacon style along w/a 2-top pan($ 2 extra) pizza, pepperoni & bacon. Now this is the 2nd time we’ve ordered pizza from this location & I have to say, this place is good! The pizza crust had a good chewy & buttery flavor to it, reminicent of Pizza Hut but not as greasy. Maes for great leftover pizza too! The bites we good, but not fantastic, as it seemed like the burnt melted cheese around the bites probably should’ve been cut off before putting them in their container… presentation people! My 1st job ever was for a pizza joint & we knew to cut those cripsy/burnt cheese parts off before giving it to a customer. All-in-all, we will definitely order Domino’s again… we just wish there was one in our Natomas neighborhood.

We just ordered the new Pan Pizza, and I have to say I will not order it again. When I arrived and paid for my order I was told it would be about 10 minutes. So I sat down and within 2 minutes was told my order was ready. I got home and we took the first bite and the pizza dough was raw. I placed the order online, and they say it will be ready in 9 – 14 minutes. They really need to cook it longer. I put it in a hot oven for another 7 minutes and it was perfect!

A quick review. 2 stars for the pizza — it’s still not really good, but it is cheap and you get what you pay for. 4 stars for above average service. Prompt, and when there was an error with the address, I got a quick call and we got it all resolved. Friendly delivery guy and order was exactly as placed. No issues. I usually don’t do corporate foot — but when you and your buddies are drinking — delivery is mandatory — and Domino’s fits the bill to deliver a decent amount of food for the money.

This has become our go-to pizza place since moving to the area. We’ve always gotten delivery, so I can’t speak to the in-store experience. However, this is, in my humble opinion, just what a pizza experience should be – quick, hassle-free, inexpensive, and delicious! First, I LOVE their website – it’s incredibly easy to navigate around and customize your order(what’s more, this store has always gotten our customized orders correct! We’re vegetarian and have never been unpleasantly surprised by a piece of chicken, e.g., in our BBQ-chicken-pizza-but-hold-the-chicken orders. Not only that, when we placed that order, someone from the store called us within a couple of minutes to verify that we did indeed mean to order the pizza sans chicken. Great customer service and attention to detail!) Also, you can save your credit card info so you can easily and quickly place an order the next time you log in, without having to go dig out a credit card again. Next thing I love about their website is their«pizza tracker,» where you can see what stage your pizza is in at any given time(e.g., preparation, baking, out for delivery). Delivery is almost always faster than estimated, and the drivers are friendly and polite. As for the pizza itself, ever since we discovered the«thin and crunchy» crust, we’ve been hooked. It’s thin, flaky, and… well, crunchy. We also just tried their deeper dish«handmade pan» crust, and found that to be buttery and delicious, as well. The crust I do not like, however, is their«Brooklyn style thin» crust – I found it to be thin yet floppy, and it had a distracting coating of something cornmeal-like on the bottom(I’m sure it’s supposed to be that way, I just didn’t like it). Our favorites are the Wisconsin 6-cheese on crunchy thin crust, and the spinach & feta artisan pizza. Delicious!

I have never been to a Domino’s in my life and I was able to change that recently. I know this pizza chain is much more common in southern california vs. northern California. I was impress with the taste and quality. It was better than Little Caesars, Round table & Mountain Mikes…(well I like Mikes once in a while) It’s a shame I live near Elk Grove. But my relatives live near Mather Field, so I plan to come by whenever I’m craving pizza. The employee’s a very young and seem courteous. Also, they don’t have a soda machine. So your only option is to buy bottles and they have various sizes. Ranch is also an xtra fee.
