Quick Quack Car Wash

Our personal experience with Quick and Quack Carwash which resulted in our «CANCELLATION» of our Membership for lack of Professioinal and Insurance compliance via the Damage of our Vehicle during a carwash. I followed QQCarwash procedures and by requesting a Report of the Damage via their Customer Claim Reports. My father was murdered at shortly after the incident and our family was devastated by our loss. I contacted my Insurance Agent and without thinking stated I would pursue a resolution without a referral to my Claim Adjuster who would have handled the matter without all the time and effort on my part via telephone and in writing. I wrote a Demand Letter via email this evening and will be calling my Insurance Company on Monday if the Repair Cost are not reimbursed immediately. It is unfortunate how inconsiderate Quick and Quack Staff in honoring a «Professional Code» but chose to VIOLATE their customers over and over again. These companies need to be reported to the District Attorney, Consumer Affairs, Business License and the Department of Justice for Documentation purposes to confirm if this is a constant practice so Justice can be served to Consumers. I would give QQCarwash Zero (0) if possible for their lack of Integrity they have imposed on our family. Note Upper Management was made aware of our Claims.

I’m impressed with the staff and the affordability, as well as the free vacuums. There is soap residue on my SUV in some spots after I leave and if they fix that, I’ll update to 5 stars if that gets fixed because everything else is great.

First time wishing my car over here and decided to purchase the unlimited protect wash since I work closeby. Within 5 seconds of the wash, my windshield cracked up to 8 inches from nothing. Came out and talked to the person and see if he could’ve helped and he said he couldnt fix it, but he could stop it at $ 40. At least have the decency to do it for free since my damage is more than just $ 40 and this happened during the wash. :(

Love this place. Service is great. It does a good job of clean all the dirt off my big SUV. The vacuums are nice.

I had the worst experience there over a year ago never went back but about 2 weeks ago I really needed to find a car wash and talked myself to going back cause I was up the street and didn’t know any where else to go !! And I’m glad I did the guy named Daniel was working and remembered me from the incident that happened over a year ago I didn’t bring it up he asked me if that was me first I couldn’t believe he did cause it was so long ago at the time there was a different manager at the time !! He took the time out and apologized several times even though it had nothing to do with him !! He was so nice to me I couldn’t believe it so know I’m back and will now be a regular customer when I’m down in sac !! By far my favorite Quick Quack location. Staff is great and really respectful. Just took my 6’9″-ish 2006 Ford F350 Powerstroke turbodiesel and it fit snugly but just fine. Mirrors might be tapped, but they never folded in or were knocked around that badly. My truck was moderately dirty, but not filthy, just from driving around in a few days of rain and having crap kicked up on the sides from the road. One pass through cleaned up everything and the dryers are really good as well. Their policy allows you run through again if your vehicle’s not fully cleaned in the first pass, and the guy at the front was more than happy to let me run through again. Like I said, my truck was fully cleaned on the first run through, but just had some soap leftover in the nooks and crannies (which is expected in a truck of that size) and was more than happy to let me go through one more time.
Did I mention that I got the top of the line car wash that they offer? Only $ 16! For a quick, thorough wash for your vehicle’s exterior, I’d recommend none other than Quick Quack’s superior job. And not just any Quick Quack car wash, but this one specifically off Sunrise!

Been going to these guys for years now. Service is great and quick! I usually get the $ 12.99 deal which gives it a good wash and shine and half off your next wash for any car, which has kept me coming back!
When its gets busy here it takes awhile to move along, had to sit and wait almost 20 minutes one time. Much better than any gas station and equipment isnt the cheap rubber brushes that has stations use.

Today I came into quick quack after a horrible experience at the chevron station. I work in the area and had just gotten back from Reno yesterday. The chevron station left streaks of filth and snow still on my car. I was not looking forward to getting yet another car wash, but I was greeted with a friendly smile. I think her name was Kristin, and she explained how the washed worked and that it would definitely get the grime off of my car. She took the time to discuss each wash with me, and a younger gentleman with a uniform on. I think he was still learning, but I decided on the shine wash because of the tire cleaner and the wax. The wash was fantastic! It didn’t leave any residue on my car, and I left very happy. Thank you quick quack for the great wash and thank you Kristin for all the help. I will definitely be returning!

It’s fun going through the car wash, but I just can’t handle the smell of death that wafts in near the dryer anymore. I’ve even tried putting my recirculate on before the wash and it still comes in. The shell down the street is $ 9 and does not include Death Smell – seems like a better deal to me!

20 bucks to run your car through soap and water? That can be done at a chevron for 8 bucks. No hands on touch at all. Want your car vacuumed? Do it yourself before or after the wash. No hand dry just goes through blowers which never fully dry your car. Ok lesson learned. I’ll continue to look for a full service car wash. But what this place offers and for the price it’s way over priced.

The car wash is fine, I went there seeing the free car wash but after going there they said that free car wash is applicable if I buy 30 $ gift card, so I felt kind of hidden clause, also the vacuum over there has less suction power.

I am adding a star to my rating after being contacted by Travis, the manager of this location who was concerned about my negative experience. He sent me a coupon for an exterior wash, and I took advantage of it this morning.
The difference was pretty noticeable. My car looks pretty decent now (and it was filthy before washing). I’m not ready to absolutely rave about the quality of the Quick Quack wash at this point, but I am very much impressed with their customer service. Perhaps my previous experience was just an anomaly, so I am certainly willing to give them another try.

I wanted to hate Quick Quack, I really did. The first time I ever went to one I even thought it was stupid… But I did not understand the wonder that is Quick Quack. Not only do they have great membership prices, but they have great customer service and free vacuums! For unlimited basic car washes, it only costs me about $ 10 a month… Seriously, it is wonderful!!! So thank you Quick Quack, and I am sorry that I did not give you a chance sooner.

This location is amazing ! My car was really dirty and after the wash I noticed my car still had some bugs on it, I went around again to buy another wash and the attendant was very nice and allowed me to have another wash free of charge. Amazing customer service and my car in the end looked brand new, thanks quick qwak

I had gotten the membership car wash pass for unlimited car washes but had to cancel it due to the fact that the machines scratched my car! After my car was washed I parked it to vacuum and noticed scratches on top of my trunk! I notified the staff right away. He told me that the manager wasn’t there that day so he passed along the message for me. I got a call back the next day from the manger here at this location and he told me that there was no way his machines scratched my car and that it was my fault. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Typically I really like this ‘Sunrise” location because it can get busy at these car washes, but lately I’ve been there and the place hasn’t been working for whatever mechanical/​technical reasons.
I always vacuum the car up first – in which there is NO shade except this ONE tree. Anyway after sweating it up I get back in line and find out no-​go. No signs, just the attendant letting me know it’s a no-​go.
Other than that, the vacuums are strong and washes – when working are good.
I’ve never had any issues whereas the car was scratched or anything like that – although I’ve heard stories. I always get the ‘shine’ wash. Good, but not too pricey.
Anyway 2 stars until they can be consistently open.

Hello everyone this quick quack car wash is great. The employees are always happy giving you a greeting smile. Also are very kind and quick service, always asking how the day is going while giving quick and great customer service as always how it should be. It’s a quick wash therefore ofcorse you will have left over water left that’s why u towel it off. I love this place every time i come

I’ve been to the Folsom location once before with meh service. I purchased a basic wash for $ 6.99 that time. This time I was approached at the window by the manager (nice young lady) and I asked her in all seriousness what the difference between the 3 services/​price ranges is. She explained about the tire dress & the armor all paint protection. Then she said I’ll give you the blah blah package today & you can decide for yourself! Hey Great! Free car wash! Now clearly this is an automatic carwash so there will still be stuff on your car. Have a clear expectation about this people. Yes, there was still bugsquash on my front bumper. I will need to get my bug grime lifter spray & handscrub it off OR get a full detail which will obviously cost more than $ 20. So, all in all, a great way to conserve water & keep your car clean.

So I’ll bump up one more star for Quick Quack based on today’s experience. I let the female staff member know that I always have residue from the wash left over on my car. She said they had just cleaned the vents so that shouldn’t be a problem anymore. I handed her my one-​month membership card and she told me it had expired yesterday. I asked her if she could just let me through, seeing as I’m only one day out – and there were a couple of cars behind me. She agreed while handing me a bunch of cleaning wipes, likely because of the residue comment. Well, it turns out my car came our perfectly clean, free of any soap. That’s less effort I had to do and more time to focus on tg vacuuming. So, there’s the extra star.

I love this location because it’s very fast and the vacuums are often available. My car gets a good washing and I can always cruise right back through if it’s still dirty. It’s actually better for the environment to get your car washed at a station rather than your driveway, that run off is bad for the fishies.
I find the employees very aggressive in their up selling. At a certain point, I know what I want so don’t ask me if I’m sure three times. On the other hand, I would want a motivated employee if I owes the place so I understand. You can unlock some deals by checking in so I recommend that. Free wash with gift card. Also there’s occasionally Groupons for this location you can take advantage of.
Pro tip: ask for the whole car sprayed down instead of just the front window. Also, the dashboard wipe is free so if you don’t get it, ask.
