I am a fan of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf more so than Starbucks, but each time I have visited this Starbucks, my drinks have been good and do what I expect, which is wake me the heck up in the AM! I only go to Starbucks when I need to travel for my work. The baristas at this particular Starbucks have always been friendly and work through a long line of customers with smiles on their faces. Keep up the great work!

Don’t let the long line discourage you. With this location being along my commute to work and conveniently close to the freeway, it can get busy but The Starbucks members inside are an A+ Team. Always super friendly, energetic and boy are they speedy! Definitely a Great way to start my morning.

Starbucks lost a customer today due to the rudeness of their staff this morning. I was going to elaborate, but why repeat what’s already been said in other reviews.

Love the service here, all of the baristas are very nice and they are pretty fast. This location gets packed in the morning and I still get out of there in 15 mins max. The downside is that they dont have a drive –thru and the parking is terrible. Its small and hard to get in and out when there’s a lot of people. But is rt by where I work, so I suck it up!

Parking lot is small and limited spaces to park, makes busy times(mornings, lunch, etc.) a nightmare! This location can get pretty busy but the baristas have always been friendly and greet you with warm smiles and friendly conversation. The service can be slow, sometimes it seems making your drink is not their first priority, even when the store is empty.

Sad little Starbucks full of unhappy people who make sure you know they wish you had never walked though the door.

I went back today for tea. At almost 1pm. I really dislike this place. Their customer service is a joke. Today i deal with a barista who was also the cashier, his first name starts with a T. A tall, white dude. I ordered my tea, then as he is making it. two other men, middle age white men come to the counter, he tells them he’d be right with them, he then literally slams my treinta iced tea on the counter, the container break or spill. He doesn’t say thank you, doesnt give me a straw. Nice touch you punk… is customer service a thing of the past now? Dont they care about this at this place?

Went in to purchase a bottle of Cinnamon syrup. They told me they only had enough for store use and couldn’t sell me one. Sell what you have while there is somebody standing in front of you with cash in hand. Alienated this customer.

On christmas Eve and today New Year’s eve, the store has posted they will be open at 4:30am. I went these two days and it’s unbeliveable that they were closed. It will be nice that they have a sign or something saying they will be open at a different time. I will be calling corporate to complain!!!

Coffee galore right before hopping on or off the freeway. It’s conveniently located next to Ashley furniture for the times when one needs to marathon dresser shop. The parking lot is wonky, so be prepared for lots of awkward driving moves.

They exchanged my last season travel ice cup since the lid was not functioning properly. Provided me with the current version. No receipt needed. Excellent service.

This location is big and clean and the service is fast. I had a bad service experience where they forgot to announce my order one busy morning and they were more than accommodating to correct their error. Why can’t more of the locations be like this one.

Very friendly baristas. We come here a couple times a month on Saturdays after running around Lake Natoma. Some of the employees even know us by name even though we don’t really come that often. They are always quick with drinks

The manager was not very friendly. If you are a cyclist and park in their parking lot, they will have your car towed. We park then ride then have coffee /lunch after our ride always — sometimes 5 – 8 of us — on Sundays. The parking lot is never full and we park on the back end so it’s out of everyone’s way. They just lost our business — and we are spreading the word to several bike and running clubs.

This is my morning coffeehouse where I pickup my to-go drink before hopping on the freeway. For a period of time I stopped at a couple other Starbucks locations near my usual route, but nothing really stuck. This place offers something more. Beyond their fast-paced staff, with quick and attentive baristas, their staff is personable and caring toward the customers they serve. They quickly take to your name and standard order. All-around, a great place. There are few people in particular that have stood out the most. Melanie, Leah and Amy have been common figures at the ordering or barista stations during my visits. Their personality, attentiveness, speed, and overall level of dedication are specifically notable.

I like this Starbucks because any time I have to get gasoline next door before jumping on highway 50 I can stop in and get my Venti Cappuccino(That’s their«fancy» way of saying LARGE cappuccino). I stop in often and my cappuccino is always done just the way I like it. Some of the employees are nice, none of them are friendly and some of them think they work on Wall Street. I’ve always thought that for what I pay to get my «large» cappuccino and what everyone that sets foot in there pays for their coffee that smiles should be flying all over the place. Particularly the cashiers. I can understand the baristas not giving anyone the time of the day as they are working their butts off but the cashiers have no excuse.

I stopped by this Starbucks when I was headed back to Orange County after the holidays. It was 6:30am, I was really tired and not looking forward to the drive, and just wanted my latte and sausage sandwich. Much to my surprise the baristas were super upbeat and friendly. There was a bit of a line in there, but it moved really quickly. They also have a few cool things that I haven’t seen other Starbucks locations do. One is a daily question contest where they have a chalkboard with a Starbucks-related question. If you answer correctly you get a free coffee, free pound of coffee, or whatever. That’s pretty cool and fun, plus it keeps people coming in. The other thing is a little chalkboard that has a picture of one of their customers with her name at the top, then underneath the picture it says what she usually orders. It’s a customer appreciation thing that adds a little special something for their regulars. I thought that was pretty cool of them.

Many will recognize this location as the diminutive younger brother of the Gold River Starbucks near the Hazel entrance of Gold River. It has less seating and power as well as being empty most of the time.

Right off of US50 at the Hazel Avenue exit, behind the Chevron gas station. There’s a Shell station close by, too. Small, only 3 tables outside and a few inside. This is where all the CHP stop for a coffee. So don’t speed getting back on US50 around here!
