Subway

I usually get the Spicy Italian when i go to Subway. At this location it was just ok, kinda short on meat.

Keyvan was an absolute sweetheart as he made my order. Was helpful and sweet. Had a wonderful smile and excellent service to keep customers coming back.

I asked an employee here if this Subway offered gluten-​free bread and he looked at me like I was crazy. Needless to say, I had to turn around and walk out. Bummer… New to town and would have visited this location often.

A good friend of mine works here so I come out to see her whenever I can. This location is very clean and efficient. Management knows how to properly staff so lunch lines go quick. This location DOES have sourdough bread and Swiss cheese, which is a huge plus for me.

I went here yesterday and ordered a footlong BLT. the price right above the BLT said 5.50, so I opted for that over their new 6 inch drink and chips for $ 6. I was on my 30 minute lunch so i patiently waited behind the one person in front of me who was chatting it up with the girl making his sandwich and drastically slowing her down. She was Going so slow that the girl putting the meat on had stacked four sandwichs including mine to be completed with veggies and sauces as well as be rung up, all by the same person.
So I am pressed for time by the time i am rung up and hand her my card immediately. After she slides it it registers that she just charged me 7.50 for my sandwich –nothing else.
I ask why, stating it says 5.5o and she says thats for the veggie sandwich above it. Fair enough. I look at the section and it says $ 6. She tells me its 6.50 and i ask why it says 6. She yells past me to the manager, asking why it’s different and he says it’s the first of the month. She explained the prices went up n the menu isn’t updated and it will be soon so sorry. I tols her i k know its only 50 cents but its false advertisement and I’d like a refund. She says sorry and doesn’t give me a refund. So i walk out, past the manager and tell him that’s false advertisement and if i had known the true price i would have chose differently. He says to me «she gave you your money back! «i told him she did not and walked out.
Although i literally work across the street i will not be going back to this subway. My suggestion is go to steves pizza across from them. They have great sandwiches and a great pizza buffet for 7.50– the same price as my sandwich. Or go to the subway by target, over the freeway where the girls are sweet and efficient.
To the manager, you should help your employees when it’s busy and communicate with them properly. You never told her to give me the stupid 50 cents.
Its about the principle and the customer service and in an area that is full of lunch place and business professionals, you will not last if you treat your customers this way.

This seems to be the best subway that I go to. They seem to have fresher food, the store is cleaner, and the people that work here seem nicer too. I love going here for a quick sandwich with fresh product. The service is pretty quick as well.

Love this one, their always quick, clean and courteous, plus there’s tons of extra stuff in the plaza

Fast and reliable and they are consistent about when to charge you tax for a footlong… I don’t know why, but sometimes some locations charge when they shouldn’t be… anyway this location is clean and lines zip by fast.
Employees are courteous and know what they’re doing.

it’s subway. if you’ve been to one, you’ve pretty much been to them all.
I’m not really sure what else I can add to that.
and how can you really argue with $ 5 footlongs?

There’s really no way you can do Subway wrong…
The ingredients are standard and you pick everything you want down to whether or not you want toasted bread.
I come in here every now and then because it’s close to where I live and is pretty much the healthiest option we have in the general area.
The staff here is extremely friendly, and so far whenever I come in there isn’t much of a wait. Maybe one or two people in front of me, at most.
They have just come out with a «creamy siracha» sauce which I obviously had to try. And it wasn’t so much creamy as it was runny. It was allll over the place and it soaks into your bed and then BAM! Kick in the face spicy.
I think if Subway can reconstitute that recipe… I’ll be drinking it by the bottle.

This is a review for the freshness of food and service as the menus dont change at subway.
Im not a sandwich man. I know its weird. But theres something about a cold sandwich that bothers the crap out of me. Even when they toast it it doesnt have feeling of a plate of warm hot food.
That being said I came here with work friends. All 14 of us filled the place up! the location is slightly small but the service ran like a machine. everything looked clean and food looked semi fresh.
this place isnt bad and its not good either. but its better than cardboard… well just a hair better.

They are fast, friendly, clean and make a sandwich without it falling all over the place when you eat it. One of the best subways I’ve ever been to and I now go regularly.

FYI-​Expect a long line if you come during lunch! They move fast though.
Food: Like any other Subway, the food is fresh and delicious. The bread are made there. I always get the 6″ black forest ham with Italian bread. The employees listen carefully to what I want in my sandwich each time.
Price: I usually spend a little over $ 6 on a meal which isn’t bad.
Service: Employees are nice and the place is always neat when I step in. The fountain drink area is always stocked and clean.

Can never go wrong getting a $ 5 footling from Subway. Great customer service, clean, and quick. Breads are fresh and food is fresh as well thank you for all the great footlongs

This subway location is awesome! I was craving a subway sandwich yesterday during lunch so I walked to the subway next to work. There was a little line going on, I thought the service was quick and the employees there are fantastic ! Great service. i ordered their 2.99 daily special, which was the spicy Italian on Wednesdays. It was so satisfying, and I really think they have the freshest produce of any subway I ve been too. Anyway, loved the service and fresh sandwiches.

I used to work at a sandwich shop so I know customer service. Subway tastes pretty much the same wherever you go so that is never an issue. The young man that is there EVERY time I go is so pleasant and nice and always leaves me with a smile. Sometimes I even get a cookie to take home! he always gives me recommendations and makes my sandwich with a smile. Even my coworkers come back talking about him. He is great and deserves a raise… just saying– O and maybe a day or 2 off hes always there!

All Subways (like any other chain of restaurants) offer the same menu and you’ll always get your sandwiches made the way you want them. Subway lets you choose between a 6 inch or a foot long sub, you can choose your choice of bread, meat, cheese, and all the toppings you want. What makes this Subway so much more 4 star worthy than other ones? The top notch customer service!
It was a Friday night and my hubby and I, along with my sister were too lazy to cook, and decided on Subway, which was a healthier option than McDonald’s down the street. This one was closest to my house, so I decided this was the best place.
Right away I was greeted, and there was one girl behind the counter, so she assured I’d be served shortly. Right after she said that, a guy came rushing in (probably from his break), and apologized profusely for the wait (which wasn’t even that long), and helped us and even asked us how our day was going! They made our sandwiches, and wished us a great night with a big smile on their face! Way to go Subway, I’ll be back to see you soon! :)

Came here after work and there was a long, about six people. Service wasn’t fast, I can’t image how fast the service is during lunch time. OMG — I was in there for about 20 minutes when there was only two people in front of me that order one sandwich each.

4 stars for Subway? Hear me out…
A few years back, I blacklisted Subway. My problem wasn’t with the food. It was the people. No matter what location I visited, 99.9% of the time the people making my sandwich were either registered sex offenders, socially awkward to the Nth degree, or had acne so bad that I was afraid their white heads would leap off their face and on to my 6 inch turkey. All that changed when I discovered the Subway off Zinfandel.
This franchise owner is doing it the right way. He’s hiring clean-​cut teenagers with little to moderate (yet not offensive) acne. They are polite and clean and I can enjoy my sandwich after going through the line without having Viet Nam War style flashbacks due to my sandwich artist’s pus-​spewing face craters.

I love a good sandwich. LOVE IT! So whenever I am craving a sandwich I just come here since it is close to home. I’ll take the chicken breast, steak, roast beef, turkey and avo, it doesnt really matter (obviously not all of that meat at one time). Slap some extra jalepenos on it, veggies, honey mustard and grab some baked lays and I am happy. This place is always clean and decently good service. Footlong for five bucks is the only way to go!!!
