I’ve eaten at the Wingstop in Elk Grove, which was much better than this location. My wings were dripping in grease & way over-seasoned. Also, the wait time for the food to be cooked took way longer than it should have. Definitely not eating here again with better places to eat nearby.

It’s get tedious writing about franchises with thousands of restaurants b/c it’s so standardized amongst all of them that they’re all practically the same. But every place deserves at least a small review. This wingstop is great. It’s in a great and nice location. It’s really clean and the customer service is good. One thing I did notice is that the prices are cheaper here than they are back in the Bay Area where I’m used to. I’m not sure why but I wasn’t complaining. The place has plenty of seating, more than usual for a wingstop. Food was the usual goodness. Overall, another good wingstop.

Came here with a couple of my co workers and boy were we hungry. Decided to order the 75 wings meal in various sauces. We wanted to pre order to avoid the wait but unfortunately we went there just at opening time(11am) so couldn’t do that. We asked how long it would take for the wings to be ready and they said it would take about 20 – 30 minutes due to the large order. Oh well, we stuck it out and to our surprise the order came out in about 10 minutes. The wings and fries came out hot and crunchy. I did the unfortunate thing if trying out the atomic without knowing which one it was and ruined the taste for the other wings(you’ve been warned). The fries were good and crunchy and staff was really nice. Will definetly roll through next time.

Buffalo sauce was good but the wings were overlooked and dry. The garlic/parmesan were ok but so salty due to all the cheese. And they charge for sauces such as blue cheese/ranch. And celery and carrot sticks aren’t included either. The fries were so salty, we threw them away… Very disappointing to pay $ 22 for 20 wings and uneatable fries.

Heres my farewell and goodbye to W. S! I wont be trusting anyone with those initials unless its WCS, especially after last night. I feel like I purposely had a bad experience just so I can change my diet. But, why must you do dis to me? Heres what happen: Ordered lemon pepper, garlic parm, Louisiana rub, and seasoned fries. They were all such a disappointment. Everything was bland with no flavor. Even their ranch tasted funky. What pushed me to give them one star was the Louisiana rub. Every piece was so burnt and hard, I was almost convinced I was eating bones. It didn’t even look like chicken, nor did it have the Louisiana rub seasoning. I ended up not sleeping well because I felt sick all night after consuming what was supposed to be chicken. Two hours of sleep later, and now im at my doctors office. Farewell and goodbye wingstop.

I’ll start off by saying that I do like the wings here, which is why I give it two stars rather than one. The service here is atrocious, however. I don’t expect amazing service but this location struggles to be even adequate. I came here with my buddy a couple months ago and we order 30 classic wings. They give us 30 boneless but we ate it anyway and didn’t complain because they were super busy. Mistakes happen, whatever. We let it go. I come back here just this past weekend because my study group was hungry and they wanted wings. We called ahead since we were in a rush and were hoping to get the wings fairly quickly. I get in the store, pay and the dude says they’ll be out shortly. I notice that people who ordered after me were getting there food, but I thought maybe since I had a big order, it took longer. After about 30 minutes, I asked the guy what was up. It turns out, my wings were ready before I even got there! The bag the dude pulled out was on the table when I walked in! He tried to play it off and pretend he was getting the bag from the back. Does he think I’m dumb or something? I asked him why I didn’t get it earlier, and he said someone forgot to stamp it in so they didn’t know the order was ready. Like really? What pissed me off was the fact that if I never got up and asked, I may have waited even longer. I’ve worked at a restaurant before so I understand how hectic and busy it can get. However they should at least try and make somewhat of an effort to please their customers. I don’t want these workers to get fired, I just want them to learn. I’ll probably still eat at wingstop because there food is good but I’m not coming back to this location until they get some competent guys running the show.

I only ordered boneless wings to go, so I cant comment on the sides/etc. The wings were great, good chicken & tasty sauce. I got Korean & Mango Habenero. Sauce choices are plenty and vary in heat & flavors. You have to eat the breaded wings soon, preferably at the store, because if you get them to go the breading on the chicken gets cold and falls off pretty fast. The wings with bones probably hold up to-go better than breaded ones. The food is fresh, tasty & the portions are fair. You could get a McNugget somewhere else for less but the quality wont be as good & they wont have the sauce choices, so for the money it’s a fair deal. Plenty of seating & the place is new-ish & clean with you guessed it = wings/airplane theme. Staff are quick & friendly. I’ll return soon.

Flight deck to tower, do you copy? Come in tower, do you read? …Okay, enough with the gimmick, all in all decent wings, although a bit inconsistent. The first time I was here I believe they had just opened and a kid about 12yrs old tops, was there to take my order… lemme just tell you I wanted to pop this kid between my fingers when he told me I’d have to pay extra for a side of dressing as big as thimble; but man were my wings great; Once returning I had great friendly service and still wanted to take another server and«throw them off the plane» when I was forced to fork over more dough for a lil’ extra dressing… how ’bout a lil’ legroom here? Anyway, this time the wings weren’t as good but the Lemon Pepper sure packed a yummy punch. Equally as good were our Hickory BBQ wings, making a mess out of our happy little fingers. Made fresh, I haven’t been too upset about the wait time, although long. Nothing other to remark really, other than maybe mentioning I have never had an experience like other bad reviews, as my wings have always been placed on top of their wax paper like material before being thrown into the box.

Gross. Two bites of Korean style boneless wings and I was done. My teen ordered BBQ and I wasn’t fond of that either. Disclaimer: I’m an amateur chef and rarely cook foods from a box. 95% of my cooking is from scratch because ‘BHT Added for Freshness’ is the sneaky way of saying there’s preservatives! So I try my best to stay away from that stuff. When I try food at restaurants, I want it to taste better than what I can make at home, or equal to it. Did you know that the secret to crunchy breading is cornstarch? It is. But Wing Stop overdid it and the texture was like a rock. Plus, they drenched the boneless wings in sauce. Overbearing. Ordered two baskets of fries. They would have been better if it didn’t have so much salt on it. If Wing Stop is your thing, come on Mondays and Tuesday’s. The boneless wings were 60 cents a piece. Regular price is 80 cents. If I was forced to go again, I’d order sauce on the side and no salt on the fries. Then I would just add the salt myself.

Pretty disappointed. Wings we ordered tasted rubbery. Almost like they were cooked twice. 20 wings thrown away out of our family meal. Round tables wings are better will not be ordering again.

Honestly I don’t see how anyone can give Wingstop anything less than 4 stars unless they messed up on your order or the customer service was horrible. I consider myself a true foodie… and I can NEVER say no Wingstop!

I come here about 1 – 2 tines a week. Very friendly staff. They know my name and always give great Chauncey service. When I am here, I don’t hear many complaints. The favors are good. I can’t comment in bone in because I get their tenders/boneless wings. They are good in size and taste great. Lindsi is awesome. Probably the best employee they have. Always smiling and you can tell she enjoys her job.

This place is pretty good. The three tenders and a side is plenty for lunch. They make it to order, so its fresh. The iced tea options are great, since I’m a southern girl.

This is the best wingstop I’ve Been too. The service by Alii was good. The lobby big and also clean. The food came out relatively fast about 9mins and was fresh and seasoned perfectly. I have no complaints whatsoever. Keep up the work.

Pretty good! I love the lemon pepper and original hot. Always nice associates when I come in. I was even short a dollar and the guy went in his wallet to help me out!(Forgot my debit card at work). Fries are so yummy, very nice location as well.

This place is a good place to go and get some wings. The store is fairly clean and the people are nice. The orders can take a while, especially if you don’t order in advance. The food here isn’t too bad. I usually order the wings and the rolls and they taste good. We only ever come here when they have their wings deals and they always get our order done right.

Grabbed some wings here to go with our Papa Murphy’s pizza. I absolutely love that you can order just flats here. I only like the flats and won’t eat the drummettes at all. I usually just waste half my order, I never thought I could request just one or the other. I tried the garlic Parmesan wings and the Hawaiian wings. Hawaiian sucked. But the garlic Parmesan were excellent! I really enjoyed them and will be getting them again since they are close to home.

This Wing Stop tastes the same as the others. The Louisiana Rub is the best flavor. My co worker and I ordered the meal for 2 which included 15 wings, fries, two drinks, and two sauces. The Garlic Parmesan was good too. The fries are great also because they are thick and tastes like they just came from a potato. We walked in around 11:30AM and there were some people waiting for their food. About 15 min later Wing Stop got super busy. I suggest trying to go early to beat the line.
