This place screws up orders. Apparently no cheese = lots of fucking cheese.

Love this Wendy’s the food is always hot and fresh the décor on the inside is very nice and the choice of beverages are excellent, It’s very busy at lunch time but the service is quick and the people are friendly. My number 3 combo was fresh, hot and the fries were great! Keep it up Wendy’s Rancho you took me away from your competition in the area.

I come here sometimes for lunch, as I work nearby. The design of this Wendy’s is really nice. The employees are very nice, get my order correct and quickly. This Wendy’s has a cool fireplace with a nice HD flat screen, showing Giants games regularly. What more can you ask for?!

Consistently good sandwiches and salads and very fast, friendly service. I always drive-​through and appreciate the smiling person who hands me the bag and says thank you like they mean it.

Guess I haven’t updated in a while. Normally, I think Wendy’s is just OK. Not a huge fast food buff. Definitely not as good as it used to be and a bit pricey for fast food. Today, I saw they were promoting their COD sandwich. I love COD sandwiches at Carl’s Jr and decided to give this a shot. $ 5.99 for a combo. Not bad! Fish sandwich hit the spot and I didn’t feel guilty for having to choose between a salad or cheeseburger. There are limited places within walking distance of my work and today I was in a tight spot for lunch… Wendy’s is really the closest place to my work, but I might come back more often if they continue with the COD sandwich. They have also renovated completely since my last review and the interior looks great. Only complaint would be that the beverage machines don’t work very well with the touch screens. Had to press the buttons constantly to get it to work. Other than that, I’m impressed.

My food came out hot and fresh. Line went fast and the cashier was very friendly. Can’t go wrong with a good tasting 4 dollar meal

If you have never tired Wendy’s breakfast menu you need to. Honestly the food is comparable to Starbucks’ breakfast. The price is right and the quality is high. They even have a breakfast burger. I hope that they keep this menu around. I’m a huge fan and plan to continue to be a customer.

Like any red-​blooded American, I’m a sucker for a good burger. I could go for a convenient-​yet-​paltry excuse for one at places like McDonald’s, or an overpriced and underwhelming version at a sit down restaurant. In most cases, I like the best of both worlds, and for that reason Wendy’s is my go-​to fast food joint.
My burger of choice has always been the classic ¼ pounder. Stacked high with lettuce, tomato and pickles, it’s the tastiest combination you can get at a rive through. What really sets them apart is their signature square patties. A little extra meat never hurt anyone, right? I also think Wendy’s has some of the best fries. Crispy, salty and (almost) always piping hot.
I’m not going to make any outlandish claims that Wendy’s is doing something revolutionary. No matter the quality of their burgers, they are still fast food fodder. You’ll still get a final product that vaguely resembles the perfect photo at the drive-​thru. And you’ll steal deal with occasional clueless employees or lines. But such is the nature of the industry, and fast-​food doesn’t get much better than here.

If you have never been here since they remodeled you have to go. The food was great and really fresh.
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and baconator fries. Both were warm and not stale at all.
Service was great too! They even have a fireplace which I can see being crowded come winter time

Best biscuit and gravy in town, I’m shocked it’s from Wendy’s. Wow! And for under 3 $ you can’t beat that.

The stuff is always so friendly and always so happy! They greet you when you walk in and when you come through the drive-​through the drive-​through is extrawide for extrawide vehicles very accommodating!

They raised there prices about 30 cents each item during the past 2 weeks. We will not longer go there

Good quick service with accurate orders 99% of the time, and I’m always a difficult customer ordering hamburgers plain. Convieniently located near my work and typically friendly service.
Can’t beat jr bacon cheeseburgers for $ 1

Good burger good price but in your drink they always put to much ice, I think to be cheap on how much soda they give you and that’s not cool especially when your going through the drive thru

Unilocaling Wendy’s? Why you ask? Because there is a sweet little secret you should know about some Wendy’s out there. They have a Lemongrass Green tea that is so good! Here’s the best part, it’s only .99! Couple it with a 1.29 baked potato and you have a cozy winter snack that’s fairly healthy, too!

We went to Wendy’s last night for the late night munchies. I’ve always heard good things about Wendy’s but feel I haven’t been there enough. I pulled up to their drive-​thru and ordered their Homestyle Chicken Fillet sandwich (breaded and seasoned chicken, topped with mayo, lettuce, and tomato) and a Sour Cream and Chives baked potato (which comes with chives already on it and they give you a packet of sour cream and some margarine on the side to put on yourself.) The sandwich was a little pricy at $ 4.29 and the potato was $ 1.29.
The food came out within a matter of minutes. Once I got home and took a look at it, the appearance looked good. The chicken sandwich was nicely sized and the baked potato was solid. Taste wise, the food was good but nothing extraordinary. I feel like the sandwich could have used more mayo. The baked potato was lacking salt but in all fairness, I guess they leave that out since they don’t know how salty every customer will want theirs to be.
Overall, the food was good — I mean, I enjoyed it and all, but it was nothing to die for. I think I probably could have gotten a similar sandwich from Carl’s Jr. and been just as satisfied.

This location is right down the street from our business office so a lot of the employees frequent here during the week. Yesterday, a co-​worker paid with cash & a card and found later that the whole order was charged to his card, meaning Wendy’s technically owed him $ 5.00 still. He went back to discuss the issue with a manager and she acted like it was such a burden to even give him the time of day. I know that it’s just fast food, but customer service is in the job description. At least have the decency to give them a moment of your act or fake it.

The customer service here is horrible. I’ve only been through the drive thru, but each time I’ve gone it’s been a less than pleasant experience. I’ve never gotten a «hello, how are you» or a «would you like ketchup», usually just here’s your food and then slams the window.
However, this is not my biggest complaint. Every single time I’ve been here, and I’ve been here a few times, my fries have been cold, stale and over salted. I understand that I usually come late, but is it really that hard to serve warm fries?!
