My wife went in there to buy a penny board and was sold a knock off board. Went I called them out on it they said it is the same quality. That is a big NOT. Ball Bearings are bad and the trucks are cheap metal. When my kid brought it home I notice how cheap it looked and when I called to return it they said i can only get store credit. A knock off is fine but for a 9 year old birthday present the brand means everything. I will never go there again.

I’ll never buy shoes from here again. I bought my son shoes from here last week. He wore them once and they hurt. Owner said she will not refund or exchange shoes. I paid $ 57 for these shoes. Really? I’ll never shop here again and tell others not to, as well. We’ve all bought shoes that hurt our feet and are able to take them back to many stores. I guess I’ll have to stick to buying from bigger named stores. No wonder little stores like this go out of business.

We’ve been there several times to buy stuff for our pre-teen son. The non-sale prices are a bit high but the sales prices more than make up for it. They have a huge selection of clearance shoes in the back with deals like buy 2 pairs for $ 50 (which we’ve done on a couple of occasions). The staff we’ve encountered have been very friendly and helpful.
