Went to the El Pollo Loco on Haven and Foothilll in Rancho Cucamonga and asked for a protein style chicken bowl. I was charged almost 6 bucks for literally sprinkles of chopped up chicken. I didn’t know El Pollo Loco was going out of business soon. If they aren’t, why are they so skimpy on their portions. Wowwwwwww. Next time maybe I’ll pass on eating healthier and get duped for the loads of rice and beans and the sprinkles of chicken they’ve been putting in my bowl instead. No bueno!!!

Yum and healthy and fast. Pretty clean. Really good for fast food. They are all really friendly and the décor is nice… way better than it used to be at least. I would like a little better broccoli. The mashed potatoes are really good and I just love their Chicken. Thank you for being close El Pollo Loco.

My husband and I have probably ate in twice, but a majority of the time we order at the drive-thru. We tend to get the family meal and currently, they have the $ 20 Family Meal which comes with 8 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, choice of soup or salad, and 4 chocolate churros. Since we also get coupons in the mail, we had one for 4FREE chicken tacos al carbon if we bought a Family Meal.(SWEET!) So my husband and I split the salad, tacos and churros for our dinner. The Mexican Cobb salad is actually pretty big(family sized) and has avocado and bacon in it. The chicken, tortillas, mashed potatoes, and mac n’ cheese are saved for the next day’s meal. The cheese enchiladas aren’t my thing. They would come with the family meal sometimes, but really not a fan of those. The free chicken tacos actually had a lot of chicken in them!(We were surprised when we brought them home.) We like it better when this certain guy is at the drive-thru window. My husband always asks for extra salsa and he literally gives us two bags full of salsa. We always check the bag to make sure everything is in there and so far they haven’t messed anything up. The chocolate churros are interesting. It’s not too sweet and like eating a fried chocolate cake almost… The only thing negative I can say about the drive-thru is that it’s really narrow. So if we are driving our SUV through it, it’s like«am I going to hit something?» Check out @Rancho_Cucamonga_Eats on Instagram. 23⁄100 Reviews for 2015
