Call me crazy, but I’m pretty sure the fish tacos come with cabbage and other condiments on top of them. I did notice while I was there that every one else’s did. I ordered 4 fish tacos and nachos to go from them last night… Only to find out after I got home that the fish tacos were literally just some fried fish on tortillas with nothing else. Annoyed me, because I was REALLY craving fish tacos. Someone seriously dropped the ball… And the worst parts are they weren’t even busy. And there were 3 people behind the counter.

If the cashier spent more time on customer service instead of watching the tele-novellas on the tv in the restaurant I might have gotten my food sooner than 20min. Meanwhile I witnessed plenty of botched orders for other customers. The food was just ok, I ordered the beef burrito. The quality of the beef was low. The fish is Pollock, so make your own health/sustainability decision on that one. Not coming back.

Solid three stars. Stopped by for a quick lunch. My sister and I are both vegetarians. We both had the veggie burrito(best looking veggie option on the menu). Food arrived within 10 mins of ordering. Portioning was decent; enough to finish if you’re reaaaaally hungry but a good size to save too. Rice felt plain and the veggie did not feel very fresh. Decent burritto. Seemed pretty busy for lunch time but was served quickly. Would return only if in the area.

They have $ 1.29 fist tacos on Wednesdays! This alone gets me through hump day. The services is a little slow but we phone in our order and it’s ready for us when we get there so it can easily be avoided! Yes, it’s not the best Mexican food ever but you can’t beat the specials!

GREASE !!! We ordered fish tacos for take-out. The tacos were so grease you could actually see the grease all over the fried fish as well as the corn tortillas they were in and the paper they were in was grease. NEVERAGAIN we’re taking our business elsewhere.

The food was great, the service was great, but it is slightly overpriced. Me and my wife went in and spent 30 dollars for two ppl, not unreasonable but slightly on the high side for some fish tacos.

Great Fish Tacos in the area. I couldn’t say for the other items in the menu. No salsa bar except for the radish and onions. Chips are extra 1.50 for a small one. I’d come back again only for the fish tacos. The restaurant itself is very small with a few tables. It’s ok for a place like this.

This place is not the same anymore. The food was not good. My husband got a shrimp burrito and it had 4 shrimps in it. My daughter got the carne Assad burrito and it hardly had any meat in it. When you walk in all the tables are dirty. The chairs were not pushed in. This place used to be really good… Not anymore! Disgusting and disappointed.

The food here is pretty good, definitely doesn’t disappoint. However I agree with everyone else that talks about how long they take to make food. It takes a good 20 min from when you order to when they call your name. I understand quality, but at the same time a lot of people go on their lunch break(like me) and it pretty much takes up the whole 30 minutes. I’ve so far had the fish tacos and the shrimp burrito and both were delicious! Try to go on Wednesdays for discount fish tacos. Great location, this shopping center is always very quiet and pleasant.

I absolutely love this place and all the other locations too. The ceviche, shrimp coctail, the beans and rice, everything! The service is always good and the locations are slways clean. This one in RC is my personal favorite.

Been to Señor Baja multiple times and it’s always inconsistent. The first time I went, the fish tacos were a decent size and definitely made me a fan. Though, the next few times were a huge disappointment because the fish were half the size of my original visit! Maybe I just got lucky on my first visit, but I don’t want to pay $ 2 for a mediocre taco when I can just go to Rubio’s. Only worth coming here on Wednesday when the fish tacos are $ 1(this should be the price everyday considering the amount of food you get). Also, no salsa bar(just radishes and onions) but neither their green or red sauce is to die for. At least Rubio’s salsas have a depth of flavor unlike this weak stuff. Average place, no better than your typical fish taco establishment.

This is the worst senior Baja I’ve ever been to. As soon as I got to the register to order the girl gave attitude. Then when we went to go get our drink there were ants all over the tea machine and the soda machine. I generally would just leave at this point but we were both hungry and already paid. We sat down and saw that the cashier was trying to clean up the ants without putting any gloves on and she was just smashing them with a paper towel. I suggested she put a sign up so no one uses it until they can keep it clean and she said«there’s nothing I can do. I’ve been cleaning it all day and they keep coming back» at some point she put up a sign and didn’t even continue to try and clean it up. Now about the food. The shrimp cocktail was HORRIBLE. No flavor at all. The fish taco was ok. My friend got a bean and cheese burrito that didn’t taste good at all and a carne Asada taco that tasted like the meat was cooked yesterday. I definitely give this establishment a negative ten stars. I’ve been to other senior bajas and they were never this bad. DOYOURSELF A FAVORANDDONOTGOTOTHEPLACE.

Ahhhh! This place has a B. Gross. Two stars because the girl at the front counter was nice. But seriously, you have to have some big cleanliness issues to get a B.

I only come here because it’s close to home and it really gets rid of that fish taco craving. The service at this location is TERRIBLE… it’s the slowest. I swear they forget they’re cooking my food. AND I don’t say this because it’s crowded and there is tons of people in line… I literally walked up and ordered – 15+ mins goes by until I get my food. The things I do for tacos… This time I got a burrito. If I’m going to wait… might as well wait for a burrito. I’ve been to other locations and they’re a lot faster and the food is pretty delicious. I’ll go to a different one and rate that. heh.

I came here on a Wed when fried fish tacos are 99 cents. This outlet of a local chain is at Foothill and Haven in RC at the Town Square Mall. They also have grilled tacos, meat tacos and crunchy tacos. I ordred the fried fish taco and small shrimp coctel($ 4.69). The fish taco was OK for the price. I would hate to pay $ 1.69 for the same taco when it is not on special. The fish was crispy and a decent sized portion for 99 cents. The other negative is that it had too much sauce, and that greasy pepper on the side is totally unnecessary. I guess I am a cheapskate and I will only come here on Wed’s. The ceviche was OK too. There was a fair amount of shrimp for the price, and the shrimp were fresh. The avocado was also fresh and was a good sized portion. However, the coctel did not have enough taste for me? It seemed to be missing enough red onion and serrano chile. In addition, the shrimp had not marinated long enough in the lemon juice. I probably ordred the wrong thing, but I didn’t want all fried food for lunch. The ambiance is nothing special. You order at the counter and you pick up your food. They have a salsa bar, but it is limited. They offer lemons instead of imes, and there is only one type of salsa. In addition, they offer radishes, but not carrots, onions and peppers: 3 Stars. The service was OK. The staff is friendly and efficient: 3 Stars. To reiterate, I would come here on 99 cent Taco Wed, but not on any other day. The tacos are too small for the regular price, and I don’t want to eat fillers(beans and rice) to feel content.

Yay, for $ 1 fish taco Wednesday’s and $ 1 Tacos de papa Thursday’s! Service is extremely slow on their most popular days and wish their salsa bar stood up to other Señor Baja’s. You’ll only find lemons, radishes and pickled onions. Where’s the salsa? They give you an ounce when you’re order’s up. If you’re a salsa hound like me, ask for extra. So if you’re looking to save some dough during the work week while still going out for that bite to eat, stop by on these days. Note: Arrive between 11 am-11:30 am to beat the lunch rush.
