I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and the quality food. We tried some «local» places and this place hit the spot. Food was good, fruit was fresh, and we would definitely eat there again.

We came to this place because it is super close to my house and thought the food was mediocre. We ordered a kid’s meal with hotcakes, a 3-​egg breakfast, and chili cheese fries. The chili cheese fries portion was pretty small and not appetizing. My food had no flavor. I am not sure that we would come back for breakfast. Though, their burgers and sandwiches are probably better.

I got a farmers Cobb salad like usual but this time had an unexpected surprise. As soon as I figure out how to post pictures on here is will show insect eggs on my lettuce, which tells me they don’t clean up very well at this location. I’m done.

I’ve been going to this location for some time and yesterday I received the worst service by far. They forgot an order of fries so my boyfriend politely let them know. They didn’t believe him so they snatched the receipt from him to check. Once they figured out they made a mistake, they threw the bag of fries at him along with the receipt. That is a terrible way to treat anyone. Not to mention our burgers were so smashed they looked like pancakes.

One of the original Farmer Boy’s was located in Ontario. That location is long closed. Since becoming a chain with franchisees, the quality has suffered. The menu is limited and the service has suffered. Sometimes growing affects a company in a negative way.
Another strange thing is the scarecrow mascot. The person in marketing should be fired for that one. It’s really creepy.

Breakfast at farmer boys last Saturday morning. Yes, they said they would redo it but on my break at work no time to wait. Wait no reason to redo if it was done correctly the first time. Not even any Hash Browns. What in the world was this cook thinking.
Picture tells it all. Next time Galaxy Burger a mile down the road.

Husband and came in here a few times, last week for dinner they forgot to put avocado in his avocado burger and then they had no cinna treats that you get for free when you buy a burger combo! and today we came in for breakfast first their coffee was watered down I guess the machine isn’t working properly because the manager was well aware but didn’t mention it before I ordered! So we had to eat our breakfast without coffee so my husband ordered more orange juice! You would think the manager would step up and say something or try to make something right. Nope she sat there eating and in her cell phone!
Wouldn’t be coming back here again!

I like the Farmer Boys franchise in general. They have amazing food and great ambiance. But the location on Haven didn’t give me the same kind of service I got at other Farmer Boys locations. Unlike other locations, I had to get up and get my food at the counter and they forgot to put onions in my chili cheese fries.

I have been coming to Farmer Boy’s for many years at various locations. My favorite dish is their chile. I feel is it is the best and this location did make a great tasting chili. My complaint is before when you ordered a bowl of chili, they served it in a full size bowl. This location has decided to use a plastic bowl, which itself is not a problem, but the size was. This «bowl» of chile fit easily in the palm of my hand and was probably more like a cup of chili, not a bowl. While I still recommend their chili, I highly recommend not getting it from here. They are definitely not giving you your money’s worth and basically giving the customer a royal screw job.

Great food, bacon breakfast burrito is just perfect.
Great friendly service, management seems to be right on point with all its workers. Prompt to assist and greet you when going in and out.
Very well maintained and clean.
Went to this locations for the first time a couple months ago and have not stopped going.
I called in at 7:30 am for 45 breakfast burritos for my
Team and received a discount, and had them with in minutes.
Congrats to management and team.
Keep up with the great service.

Delicious! Been going to this chain for a while, and quality is the same across the board. The only drawback is that the prices are a bit high, but the quality more than makes up for it.
You can’t go wrong with most items on the menu. Just try them out and you’ll be happy you did

The food is delicious and the service is awesome! I was impressed, the guy literally ran to the counter when the food bell rang that it was done to grab it and serve it. Now thats good service. Oh! You have to get the strawberry shake! Its amazingggg
