Decent filipino food at a great price. My mother, being Filipino, used to come here when she got too lazy to cook. It’s been open awhile, catering more towards the Filipino-American crowd that lives around this area. Granted, there is also a Filipino market across the plaza where Ito’y Atin is. The location is easily viewable when you’re driving through Foothill Boulevard, Easy parking, especially on the corner of a renovated plaza. The food, like I previously stated, is decent. Not great. They make it early and keep it under heat lamps/boilers to keep the food warm. The chicharon, when I ate meat, was also alright. My parents loved that stuff though. Prices are also super reasonable and cheap. There are rarely any people eating here when I went. Plastic chairs everywhere, kind of cheap looking. The décor is alright, but the large cafeteria-like metal food holders kill it for me. Since everything Filipino is meaty, don’t expect any vegetarian choices. Overall, Ito’y Atin is alright if you’re craving Filipino food at a decent price, but don’t expect great quality. The meat and vegetables aren’t super fresh, since they’re sitting in under heat lamps/boiler things all day. Meh.
