SPAGHETTI!!! I don’t know how I’ve never eaten the deliciousness that is Filipino spaghetti in my 20 years of life up until recently, but I’m a changed woman now. Okay but forreals, the spaghetti is pretty bomb. It’s sweet, it’s savory, it’s loaded with flavor. I think the magic is in banana ketchup. Contrary to previous reviews, my spaghetti had a good sauce to meat to noodle to cheese ratio. The chicken and gravy is also pretty good as well, but nothing to really write home about. The only complaint I would have is to open up more registers when it’s busy!!! The line’s damn near out the door, and only one register’s open?! What is this, Walmart?

Always check your to-go orders before you leave the store. No gravy, wrong order, no drinks. And if u let know, they are not even apologetic. Bad customer service.

I hate their service and it sucks, it took almost an hour for my food to come and if you don’t go at the front and asked they will not push the order out. Some of the worker are at the front chit chatting on their friend instead of getting orders. Ugh… It is just we love to eat in jollibee that is why we keep coming back, if there will be another branch beside there we will not come back in to that store anymore.

3.5 stars. Most people know Jolibee as the Filipino McDonald’s and that’s an apt description. It’s fast food done with a Filipino twist. Unlike most people, I’m not a fan of the spaghetti or their burgers, but some items I get the occasional craving for, especially the Chickenjoy(fried chicken) and the Palabok Fiesta(noodles with a meat, sauce, bay shrimp, and egg). Like McDonald’s Big Mac and fries, however, just because something tastes good doesn’t make it the healthiest choice. I love the fact that you can get a side of steamed rice with gravy when you order the Chickenjoy. It’s one of those underrated sides that go well with fried chicken. The desserts here are excellent: the halo-halo(Filipino shaved ice) and the peach-mango pie(think old-school McDonald’s fried apple pie, but with peach and mango instead of apple). Service can vary here, from slow to semi-decent, and the restaurant is pretty clean. Obviously, this isn’t one of those regular date-night stops, but it’s A-OK whenever I get a hankering for Filipino-style fast food.

terrible service! they open at 8am for breakfast and it will take you more than 30 minutes for your order to be ready! then when you check your order, it’s not complete!!! i guess they are waiting for the hen to lay egg so you can have your sunny side up!

Very poor customer service. I had to wait over 35 minutes for my food. I only ordered 1 order of C1. Someone should have mentioned that it would take a bit longer because they don’t have their chicken ready.

Mediocre fast food. The only reason this place survives is due to filipino nostalgia/patrons. On its own, it doesn’t stack up against the multiple options available in SoCal!(i.e. PolloLoco, KFC, BostonMarket, etc)

Spaghetti party tray is SODRY. And I did mentioned it to them already because this wasn’t our first, second, even third time buying a very dry spaghetti from this Jollibee. I told them to add extra sauce due to this exact reason. But they were charging me extra. In my opinion. They are purposely putting less sauce so that customers will be pressured to buy the extra sauce for $ 4+ what an opportunist move. I will make sure to tell this to every Jollibee customers i know about this concern, and possibly discourage them to go to Jolliebee again.

Always heard about the place and my friend Van D finally took me to try he right things! Ordered halo halo and polabok to wash down our mouth after trying a very dry cupcake place and my friend wanted to show me how the real Filipino food is. Polabok was amazing! I loved the sauce they used on top along with lemon juice. But I wished the noddles were less dry and used more eggs instead of two thinly sliced egg. Halo halo was a very cute looking drink that came with mini scoop of taro, mango ice cream and chunk of flan. At the bottom of the drink it had jelly and beans and when I mixed all the ingredients together it made it taste better. My friend knew about the chunks and how hard it’ll be to eat it so she gave me a boba straw which was a brilliant idea. Drank my halo halo so easily. Next time when i go back to this place I am going to try the chicken as I saw so many people eating it while I was there. But we were saving room for other goodies so ended up getting one dish and halo halo.

If you like soggy fried chicken then this is the place for you. I notified the worker who only replaced a portion of that I ordered. And the replacement was almost just as bad. The mashies potatoes were ok and the gravy was good. The bottom line is no I won’t come back here because I expected crispy chicken :(

Good food. Bad service. Ordered 3 regular yum burgers for to-go and it took 10 minutes. They’re not even busy.

There are a few places that I can guarantee I will not be disappointed… And one of them is Jollibee. I’m a Pinoy kid and absolutely love the way Jollibee makes their chicken, rice… And SPAGHETTI. I am a hardcore fan of spaghetti. It’s to the point where I expect to have a tub of spaghetti waiting for me in the afterlife… The chicken here is always made fresh. It’s crunchy, delicious and best served with some gravy. That spaghetti though. It’s got the right amount of sauce to match the amount of noodles. The recently changed the cheese from their last version… But I’m not mad at it. If you’re hungry… You need to go here!

I’d basically pick any other fried chicken place over Jolibee, but if I’m in the area, I’m stopping here. All I’ve ever ordered is the fried chicken, but I can honestly say that it’s pretty decent. Not the best in town, but at least better than KFC. The best item you can get is the gravy. Wow! Cover anything on your plate with the gravy and the flavor will get doubled. It’s very necessary for their rice. The rice that they serve here really isn’t very good. One thing that isn’t necessary at this place is their choice of music. Everything is American top hits… Covered by Filipino singers. It’s very annoying at times when all you’re trying to do is enjoy some fried chicken.

i love jollibee! i was craving for this for a week during lent times but why’s so far away? i had to drive 45 min. just to eat their chicken! yes i am desperate! i went here with my 2 cousins cause we’re in the area and we ordered 3 different things + a pearl drink, we waited for about more than 10 min. for our food, after it was done, we had our orders ready, but if we didnt go up front and ask for my pearl drink, they would’ve forgotten about it. yes your service is slow and sucks but i still love your chicken! but your pearl drinks are more like slushies other than just a boba drink. if you need a drink with your chicken, skip the slush, might as well get water or soda.

My go to place for comfort food or to buy a bucket full of chicken for dinner. I enjoy the gravy that comes with it too. The place is always packed and the service is slow. I just ordered mashed potatoes and it took almost 10 minutes to get. I don’t understand why it took so long.

I called in an order at 8:15. I got to the store at 8:30 thinking it would be ready. It turns out they don’t actually start cooking your order until you get there. It is now 9:15 and I still don’t have my food yet. Please get it together.

Over the years, I have seen a ton of different reviews, extolling the joys of Jollibee. In general, most have been favorable, so I decided to give it a try, since I was in the area(It’s in the old Best Buy building near Barnes and Noble). It was crowded, so thought that was a good sign. They have sort of an eclectic menu, with offerings of things as divergent as spaghetti to fried chicken. I opted for the chicken. I assumed that this place was a fast food joint, but my order took an inordinate amount of time to get. Worst of all, it wasn’t worth the wait. The chicken was completely lacking in flavor. Since the staff wasn’t particularly pleasant, I don’t think I’ll be making another visit.

I think the general consensus on 3 stars about fits our experience. We stopped in to shop at Seafood City, and I really wanted to eat at Grill City, but the line was ridiculous. After not moving at all for a couple of minutes, we decided to go into Jollibee instead. I had the Fiesta Noodle and 1 pc chicken combo. The Fiesta Noodles are thin translucent vermicelli style rice noodles with a garlic sauce, pork, cracklings, shrimp and hard boiled egg. The sauce was interesting, more of a gravy, and didn’t really have that much of a garlic flavor to it. The texture of everything together was kind of spongy and had a weird mouth feel, but the flavor was ok. The chicken was crispier than KFC and was nice and juicy. I regret not getting a banana jack fruit pie, so I’ll have to give it another try the next time we’re at Seafood City. I wouldn’t say this is a go-to spot for me, but the chicken was pretty good and the service was relatively fast.
