From an out of towner on business, this place appears to be a small chain restaurant in Cali! Our clients mentioned this place to us and given my low carb high protein diet, this place quickly became a favorite of mine. So what is it exactly? It’s a simple menu of chicken teriyaki, beef/steak or tofu with rice and veggies. Maybe an Asian salad with thousand island-like dressing and a couple pickles but this is it in a nutshell. They had a small and regular size. Normal me would’ve ordered the regular with rice and veggies and a protein of my choice, but the mindful me selected the small size(which was still filling) and asked to hold the rice and bring on the veggies. To be honest, the small size is what we should all be eating but being the super size folks we are, the regular is what most people think to be normal. I believe I paid $ 6 or so for my small. Maybe just under. I had the chicken teriyaki and tofu! Both were delicious. I appreciated the tofu wasn’t the deep fried tofu. This place was small but clean and service was quick and folks were nice. Their magic sauce(like teriyaki) was awesome and hot sauce was like Frank’s red hot and thick. Loved them both! We came here on many occasions… I would come again and again as the veggies were cooked pretty well and not overly salty!!! Come and give them a try! You will surprise yourself!!!

Not a very good Flame Broiler, I’ve been to this location a couple times and gave it it’s last shot today. I was disappointed, the chicken was too hard and chewy — like it’s been sitting there for a long time. Not coming back.

This is the WORST flame broiler I have ever been to. I order a beef mini bowl… and I was not only the last person to receive a meal… everyone was served first. They served me a rice bowl instead with little protein. Make sure that you check your food before you order to go. They’ll cheat you out of the advertised food amount.

The food is Great at this one… I had the pleasure of the Rupie to make our food and it was perfect! He put’s the correct portion and cook’s the meat with enough sauce on it. Really no need for extra sauce. He makes it perfectly. The customer service is friendly and worth it. I will drive past any Flame Brioler to go to this one. I eat at all ofthem and this one is perfect. For the customer service alone it is great!

Food is always great! We always get the chicken veggie bowls with brown rice, and add some of the Magic Sauce. Absolutely love this place.

They skimp out on the food and then it’s not fresh when you get it. If you want Flame Broiler and in Rancho Cucamonga go to the one off the 210 and Haven.

Stopped by with my BF, saw it has 4 review, so we decided to give it a try. I was disappointed, beef was dry, veggies tasted uncooked, I didn’t vote one star because I don’t really want to be mean to them.

The food is always great. Props go out to the two ladies in the back –always hustling and serving great quality food. Great customer service from Patrick, full of energy and a delightful young man. I always recommend this spot to anyone in the area. Don’t forget to ask for your free meal card.

Love this place! The food is healthy and delicious! My favorite thing to order is a Chicken Mini Bowl with Brown Rice(No green onion). Every once in a while I’ll get a half and half bowl when I’m craving beef. The Special teriyaki sauce and the hot sauce makes the meal perfect! They provide little cups so you can make sure to get as many as you need. Everyone that works here is pretty friendly too!

I had stopped going to FB due to the seemingly decreasing quality of their meat they use. I haven’t been to a FB probably in the last 2 – 3 yrs. It’s better to go to an authentic Japanese restaurant and there are enough in the area to do so.

About 220pm on a Friday. Greeted as soon as I walked in by the Asian cashier. Didn’t get his name but very Very nice. Asked how my day was going. Awesome. And he even said hope the rest of your day will be good as well. No one says that now days. Giving it a five star because I felt welcome. Place is clean not like the other flame broilers I have been to. I’m not even rating this on the taste of the food cause usually it all tastes the same to me. Thank you for being so nice and making me feel welcome to this flame broiler.

Overall, I like this place. I usually get the chicken bowl with brown rice with the magic sauce and the green hot sauce. The service is good and I love the music they play as it gives a good break from the stress of my job. Keep playing more of it. The only downside is due to its small size, it can get a little crowded at lunch.

The Flame Broiler is a consistently good fast-food option. Back in the day, my brother introduced me to Flame B as a «healthier Yoshinoya,» and it’s a fitting description. This location is smaller than most(although there is some outside seating), but it’s clean and the service is excellent. The young man(owner’s son?) who seems to be working whenever I stop in is polite and friendly. I appreciate that Flame Broiler doesn’t put sauce on their chicken-and-rice bowls; they’re plain and simple, but the Magic Sauce(teriyaki), Hot Sauce(Red Rooster), and Extra Hot Sauce(sriracha) dispensers on the counter allow you to add as much/little flavor to your meal. Other options include a choice between brown and white rice, and adding veggies to your bowl. Overall, this is a good spot for those times when you need a quick bite or when you don’t feel like cooking at home.

No MSG. Fresh taste. Luv the choice of white or brown rice. Clean environment. Good eating music. Good customer service. Luv the magic sauce. This spot has rib meat not all locations do.

I’m giving four stars because the customer service here has always been great. Very attentive and very pleasant. However, I’m not a fan of Flame Broiler I think it’s overpriced for the amount and quality of food you get. I prefer Waba Grill. The only reason I truly come here, is because I love the brown rice and the green hot sauce. So good!

Amazing music plays while you enjoy a bowl of all natural white meat or whatever you may order off there reasonably priced menu ! Double meat option is worth the price difference Delicious can’t wait to return
