After a 10-mile hike in the rain, snow, and hail thru the Angeles National Forest, it was hard to consider where to eat. Google Map’d «FOOD» and this place popped up. Exited the 210 and walked in. Ordered the Rancho Pizza pie — GREAT tasting pizza! The toppings truly complimented each other — mushrooms, green bell peppers, pepperoni, and bacon… the perfect topics for a hungry hiker. I also ordered the St Betty’s IPA, a beer I have never heard of before. Very yummy, and a local brew from Redlands. VERY friendly service and staff as well. I loved the exprience I had here. I really miss small chains of pizza like this. Being from the Westside, its hard to come by such places. Really wish there was a Pizza Factory in my side of town. I’m so glad that Rancho Cucamonga has places like this still. :)

I’ve only been to this location a couple of times, but it’s difficult to continue going with the service me and my coworkers receive. Today I ordered a mini pizza for pick up and was told it would be ready in about ten minutes. After ten minutes I walk over since I work nearby and they hadn’t even started my pizza. The employees both apologized and got it started right away, but the same thing happened when one of my coworkers went an hour later. The pizza is good, but if I didn’t work so close, I probably wouldn’t come here.

Came here for lunch. Oh my god. $ 7.55 for all you can eat pizza and salad bar with a drink! That’s what you pay with tax! Cheaper than monacos! And what I like about the pizza factory, you feel at home! No need to wait on someone to bring you a drink, you can get it yourself! No need to wait for your food or get in line. It’s sooo convenient and quick that you can actually enjoy your lunch without stressing about the time! Also came here for a fundraiser a while back. The staff is so friendly and cool. They treat you like family. Will be back for sure!

I love their Pizza! Ordered pizza and breadsticks the other night and I am still a huge fan of this restaurant. The new owners have really made this restaurant our go-to place for dine in, take out and delivery! Delicious salads, sandwiches and calzones too… Keep up the great work guys!!!

This place is fantastic! Came here on Super Bowl Sunday and it was such a fun vibe! The location is tidy, comfortable and welcoming. The food is great! We got: 1) Large cheese pizza –We always get plain cheese pizza wherever we go and this was one of the best I’ve ever had. You can taste the quality all around… it was SO good! 2) Wings –Buffalo, BBQ and half and half. Yes, we got 3 different orders. they were that good! Really meaty and flavorful(not like costco wings you’d get a round table or something). 3) BEER –As important as food if you as me! We had a local brew that they carry and we loved it. It is called«POMONAQUEENS»…ask for it when you go. A must try! The service is what makes this place 5 star worthy. Dining room was being cleaned consistently, food came out fast and staff would ask us how everything is going when they walked by. Overall a great place to have a brew and eat some tasty pizza/wings. Fun time with the guys or for the family. Will surely return!

Restaurant was dirty with several tables that weren’t bussed in the 90 minutes we were there. Bathrooms were dirty too. The food was okay, we had pizza and wings. Vegetables on our pizza were undercooked by a couple minutes. Overall I wouldn’t return as Rancho has so many options that are better.

I’m a local Athletic Director and I met the owner Danny, who invited me to his pizza restaurant. I brought some of my boys down there and we had a great time. It’s very kid friendly, clean and safe environment. Great flat screens and beers on tap! Thanks Danny for the pizza and beer!

Great pizza but the 20 year Old males behind the counter suck! The females are awesome! Always feel like we are a burden!

We ordered pizza to be delivered for the kids and their friends and the pizza was totally flat and super greasy. Everyone was disappointed! We have ordered here before and it was good pizza but I heard its under new ownership.

Great place to watch the game or take the family. There is something for everyone at the Pizza Factory. The owner, Danny, is always making sure we have a great time and really takes care of us. Great beer selection and the food is amazing. Coming back for the NFL playoff games!

I think their pizzas are great but… I usually order deliver for dinner. They always say«45min» but many times it takes about an hour. So the other day I decided to carry out. They told me the foods will be ready in 45 minutes. Hmm. I went there right on time but I ended up waiting 15 minutes. Oh well…

Ever been to a restaurant where the owner greets you and thanks you for dining with them? The new owner of Pizza Factory does that. The new owner Danny is a great person and cares about every customer that comes in his establishment and makes you feel like home. If he is not available the store Mgr Vinny is a great host as well. As far as the food goes, its gourmet pizza not Hot n Ready’s at Little Cesars or $ 5 Pizza Hut pizzas so you get what you pay for. I highly recomment the combo Calzone and the supreme pizza. They have a good lunch menu as well. MAKETHETRIPFOLKS.

This location, Day Creek Village, now has new owners. Danny is an owner/operator and is a really great guy. They’ve begun to clean it up, focus on customer service and really make this into what a Pizza Factory should be. I’ve been going here quite a lot over the last 2 weeks as it is very conveniently located. I usually order all you can eat salad bar. Some days I order a pizza for a group of us. One day I ordered spaghetti and meat balls. I was surprised how good it was. They serve beer and wine as well, I didn’t know that? They have a new staff and they are learning their way. Their hearts are in this business and it will again become a great place for lunch or dinner with your family. Great place for events as well. I recommend you try Pizza Factory Rancho. I’m sure you will see all the improvements they are making.

I never got a chance to be served. I stood at the register for 3 min before someone acknowledged my existence and as I finally tried to order, the cashier took a phone order. So I stepped back to check menu for a second and someone cuts in front of me. I say excuse me, I was here first and the cashier says he’s here for a pick up and I was like, I was here before him. And he continued on with the other customer. I then turned a day left. I’m now enjoying a meal at a Chinese restaurant called Mr You next to it who had great food and service. I’d go here instead before I’d ever go back to the pizza place. Oh and I called to complain and the manager couldn’t of cared leas about how I was treated.
