Mountain Mike’s Pizza

Great service. Very friendly. We spilled a cup of beer immediately after the waitress placed it on the table. It was our fault, but the waitress cheerfully replaced it. I expected us to eat the loss, but she cleaned up the mess and was very nice about the whole thing. Pleasantly surprised and grateful. Pizza was fresh and tasty too. Thank you for not having an attitude!

I bought a Groupon assuming that all Mountain Mike Pizzas would be providing the discount presented on Groupon. I would have been perfectly fine with them not accepting my Groupon, as I did not read the fine print with one location offering this pizza deal. The problem I have with this place, specifically Elsa was that they put me on hold for 10 minutes before taking my order, told me my Groupon would be valid and only after going through the entire menu with the acknowledgment that I had a Groupon all the way did they tell me I couldn’t use it there. I am extremely disappointed at the level of customer service that was not provided by this corporation. I certainly would agree with some of the other folks that this pizza place has gone downhill over the years.

I love Mountain Mikes Pizza. There are a lot of pizza places but if you want something with quality then hit up MMs. My wife and I always order a small pizza w/​Pepperoni, Red&Green Peppers, and Sausage. Plus an order of wings. That is just the right amount for two people. I must say the wings are alright, theyre arent life changing but the pizza is delicious! They cut the slices smaller than average and I love it. It feels like the perfect bite size. The staff here are always friendly and do a great job of greeting and keeping the place clean. There are plenty of tvs so if you want to catch a game with friends/​family the seating is great dor big groups. I love that they have cheery pepsi and a salad bar. My favorite thing though about MMs is that they save your orders! When I call to reorder i simply ask them to please reorder what i had the previous visit. As simple as that sounds, it makes life do much more simple and they have your favorite order done in 20min.

My husband and I got a one large pepperoni, cheese sticks and a 2 liter of soda for $ 21. Not bad! The place is really clean, staff is friendly and the food was very good. The pepperonis have a little bit of a spicy kick which makes them really good. We have enough leftovers for another day! Next time, we will come back to try the lunch buffet.

Jesus Christ!!! This was the best pizza I have had in 10 years and I’m a fat boy that eats all the time. Delivery was a little lacking. They said 45 and he showed up and hour later still tipped 10. Delivered right to me at the Petro.
Couldn’t believe how good it was. The toppings and veggies were excellent. Best I’ve had in years. If you can’t decide do a half and half and the garlic sauce makes the pizza. Still having dreams about it. Will order when I am in town.

This place is great for lunch because you have the buffet. Its cheap and you won’t be leaving hungry. You have a large selection of pizza and salad. Its very clean and there’s plenty of parking. Its not to busy during lunch which is great. I’m a fan.

lets just say the only time i order from pizza hut or dominos its because Mountains mike pizza close early!

Love the food. They deliver! Only thing I can say is they are expensive for pizza. Except the all you can eat lunch and all you can eat Wednesday nights it costs a lot. They salad bar is amazing when you eat in

We ordered here to support my son’s band fundraiser. First of all, this place is far too expensive! For that reason alone, we have never ordered from them in the past 10 years we’ve live in Rancho. We ordered a Med. Cheese and a gluten free 10′ pizza, our total was over 30 bucks and the gluten free pizzas was not good. Legit tasted like a $ 1 Celeste pizza. I’m glad they’re supporting their local schools, but we’ll never order here again

I went today for their lunch buffet and they had old pizza served up. And when I asked them to make a specialty pizza which they are supposed to do until 2pm. they said that it was to late and it was only 1:35pm. Really bad service normally for when delivered but not the buffet.

We ordered here for the first time last weekend after it was recommended by a neighbor. We ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza for delivery and it was a decent experience. This place is definitely not as cheap as other delivery pizzas, but you get what you pay for in clearly better ingredients. I won’t eat pizza hut or dominoes, so this is a nice alternative to the sweet crust of Papa Johns.
The pizza was definitely much better hot, because the bottom of the crust had a nice crunch that it lost as it cooled.
If delivery isn’t a requirement, Guida Deli & Pizza still has my vote (but tell them to go easy on the cheese)

Picking a take out place for dinner is a mission at my place because we never seem to agree, so tonight we both knew we wanted pizza but something different from the typical dominoes or Pizza Hut, so we decided to check this place, we ordered the Mt. Everest and added Canadian bacon yummy! And ordered a mini cheese pizza for my lil monster oh boy oh boy let me tell you it was bomb! Definitely we will be returning I totally recommend a bit pricey but hey totally worth it

Amazing first time there!!! The girl was so helpful suggesting what we should order, checked on us often. Definitely going back. And did I mention the PIZZA WAS BOMB!!!

I have seen a few ads for them so we decided to give it a try. You order from counter and then they bring food to you. They have beer and wine so that is nice. Pizza was good and enjoyed the bread sticks. Will come here again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Not only is their pizza AMAZING but the boneless wings were fantastic and the all you get salad bar kept the wife happy (thats harder than you think). It not the cheapest pizza place in town but its certainly the best. Plenty of seating and TVs to watch the game on.
They do have a Unilocal check in discount don’t forget to use it.

Best pizza in Rancho
It’s been a while I’ve been searching for a good pizza place tbh their pizza is better than most places I’ve tried.

I had the top recommended review for Mountain Mike’s, I was one of the original fans of this place. Not now. Today I place an order online. I’m called about 5 minutes later and told that the don’t deliver to my area. They claim they never have in the past. I look online and see my last order was on 11÷29÷15, only 2 weeks ago. The manager comes on to tell me that it’s to far to deliver to my area. It is 6.5 to 7.1 miles. Not a way to treat a loyal customer. Now I find that Mountain Mike’s charged my credit card. I’m not happy!
The $ 80 order they didn’t want, I ordered from Dominos, same items for $ 65, and they are further away!

WHAT? I paid over $ 45 for 2 sorry pizzas… crust was CHEWY (I mean REAL CHEWY) and tasted like CARDBOARD, the sauce was way to sweet… and what’s the deal with
skimping out on the cheese… WHERE IS THE FLIPPIN’ CHEEEEESE? I gave a $ 10 tip… and had to throw it all away! I learned a $ 55 lesson. Never again!

Came in for Pizza Lunch deal, I wasn’t hungry so my daughter had the all you can eat pizza salad bar. We had just sat down my daughter got her pizza and salad, I ate some of the salad and the owner came over to our table and told me to stop eating the salad it was their policy that you are not allowed to share food since we only paid for 1 pizza lunch deal, I was embarrassed and pushed the plate away.
I my daughter felt horrible for me and we left. My whole family had been regular customers there since the place opened, our AYSO soccer teams have our parties there… NEVER again will we step foot in that business. I did go back 30 min later with my husband to make sure he understood just how much business he actually lost by ordering me to stop eating a salad that I had paid for, shame on you! I will be contacting your corporate office as well.

Very very pricey but damn good pizza!!! So, I just moved into the neighborhood and tried two pizza joints, Anthony’s Italian Kitchen and Mountain Mikes. Both within 5 minutes from me. If you’re going for price, then Anthony’s, but if you want quality ingredients with cheese and sauce to the complete edge of the crust, Mikes. I love the fact that the crust is tasty and edible. Most places you toss the crust bc it’s just a plain piece of dough. However at Mikes, the sauce, cheese, and some toppings go aaaaaaall the way to the edge, AWESOME! Not the best pizza in the world but it sure beats the corporate chain guys (Pizza Hut, papa johns etc) by miles! Their pizza kind of reminds me a lot of Round Table Pizza!!! Enjoy
