One star by default, one more for the staff’s attempt. Ordered an XXL blah blah burrito and pizza hut bread stick for my gf from drive through. Got home and found out we got a XXX jizz filled soggy mess and brick sticks. Extremely dissatisfied and brought it back for exchange. The staff was kind and sympathetic. He offered to remake one immediately with a free drink. I thanked him and filled myself a cup of unsweetened tea but had to pour it out because it tasted like Fabuloso. So I went home with a cup of Dr. Pepper instead, which turned out to be the only thing that tasted like how it was meant to be. The remake of XXL thing was still rather soggy. And the steak meat tasted like dog food. Ended up throwing away half of the burrito and the bread sticks. Will NOT return. Taco Bell isn’t bad but the fail rate is just TOO high. Prolly every 10 you go to, 6 – 8 will serve you a soggy mess.

Customer service is non existent here. Everyone is short with you. If you don’t like your job quit! Plenty of people in need of work that would gladly take your place. Same people want $ 15 an hour pah lease

When I drive up it took over a minute to be greeted when I placed my order I received attitude by the drive thru attendant because I ordered a pizza because it was a Taco Bell /Pizza Hut express. Her cashier name is Veneranda D but there was a thin African American woman at the window. She said it would take over 10 minutes to get the pizza seemed long but I said ok because that’s what my pregnant wife wanted. Then after being at the window for maybe only 3 – 4 minutes I got my food. When I got home I bit into a very hard stk/potato BOSS. The potatoes seemed like they were out for days it was disgusting and I could not eat it. Very bad customer service and poor food at this location. I understand you may have a bad day or maybe you don’t like your job but«fake it till you make it» at least act happy your getting paid to work not to give attitude or make people sick with old food

Never go to this Taco Bell after 10pm they employees make their own hours; but if you do go and it’s actually open like there store hours says expect employees who give zero fucks about you or your order. I get the feeling like if making it is a hassle they tell you that they don’t have anymore of that or the oven is broken.

Do not eat the Pizza Hut pizzas at this location. My son tried them twice and BOTHTIMES he has gotten sick after eating them! I don’t know if the cheese is spoiled or they let them sit out too long, but whatever it is, it’s sickening. Never again!

Drive Thru Experience Review: I love that Taco Bell offers great prices and all but the employees at the drive thru are pretty rude! They don’t make you feel welcomed and need some people skills. After purchasing food for my wife and kids, they give you 4 hot sauce packets total! Really! When You ask for more, it’s almost like you’re asking them for a kidney! I don’t understand why they care so much about the hot sauce… Hey guess what. You don’t own the place so give me more hot sauce! Yes I love hot sauce.

Foods always tasty but they tend to leave items out of the bag at drive-thru. Check your bag and don’t drive away.

My boyfriend and I came here earlier and ordered through drive-thru. The lady that took our order name Marlene had us pull up in the front out of the drive-thru to wait about ten min for our order to be ready. Three cars behind us had received their order and left. Instead of having us wait without telling us a reason, she should’ve been SMART and told us why we had to wait. I’m only giving this location one star only because of Marlene who couldn’t even tell us something she should’ve known to do to begin with. Other then that, the food is good.

30 minutes in the drive thru. Don’t take a break when the kid at the register doesn’t know what he’s doing…

Bad food, slow service is never good for any restaurant. This TB manages do the latter in unexceptional fashion. During the slowest time right after lunch it took these professional goofs 17 mins to get me the simplest of meals. Yes folks it took the TB people 17 mins to prepare a, guess what, a Taco. To be fair, it was 3 Tacos. No Wi-Fi at this undercover ghetto location either. Do your self favor, pass up this TB with extra speed…

Location is by my house… Great, but what’s the point of going down the street for dinner if their staff isn’t going to double check the orders. They missed my Meximelt and I paid for it. It’s not hard to check an order when I only got 6 tacos. No drinks no nothing just tacos. How do you miss that? Do a better job at checking orders. No one wants to drive back to pick up food and you know there’s no chance you’ll remember the mess up and reimburse me on my «next trip». Total fail. In case you care, my receipt information is: Taco Bell 28443 7÷12÷1410pm Order 354651 Cashier Maria Missing:(1) Meximelt w/no pico de gallo

I normally avoid reviewing chain fast food places, but fellow Unilocalers need to know this is the worst Taco Bell and to avoid it for their terrible service and wait times. I got into the drive thru yesterday mainly to get bread sticks. After looking over the menu board one quick time, I start to give my order and the woman inside says that their pizza oven is not working so they have no Pizza Hut items. By that time another truck was behind me so I couldn’t back out and there are 3 cars ahead of me so I’m stuck here just wanting to leave. There was no signage outside, nothing taped up on the menu board, or any warning before you got into the drive through. When I mentioned to their employee that they should put up some sort of notice to let customers know, she just stayed quite. If there is something wrong to make half of your items unavailable, you should let people know ahead of time, instead of just waiting for one of the omitted items to be ordered. I have had issues with this location before, but you kind of expect so so service from a Taco Bell. They are always slow, which was why it took me over 10 minutes just to be able to leave their drive thru empty handed, and they frequently screw up orders. Now I’m totally done with them. Don’t waste your time here. There are lots of other fast food options in the area that are more deserving of your patronage and provide great service.

Employees are usually friendly but slower than molasses in January. For those non-country folk that means SLOW! Nothing bad to say Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Can’t stop my son from his bean burrito cravings(even though I make bomb bean burritos). I come here at least once a week for this boy and it’s always $ 2.61 well spent as he ends up happy. :)

Sometimes you just crave some Taco Bell… I mean a man can’t live off of del taco alone right? Something was wrong with my nachos bell grande. I mean, it tasted alright, but the proportions were off. How can you load the center with beans and put a ring of nacho cheese around it?!? How can I incorporate all the flavors if you separate the ingredients? How can you take away all the hot sauces and stash them behind the counter? I need at least 3 fire per taco, and you only give me 2 total for my order??? Sigh. This rant is over. Next stop… del bakers. You hurt me, foothill Taco Bell.

I only go to this Taco Bell if it’s what is my husband wants and it’s the closest one to me. They mess up my order just as much as they get it right. The other day I was able to go during their happy hour for a few of their products. I ordered one of each(3 items) and the cashier, which it said Manager on his tag, charged me for 2 each of the 3 items. I didn’t notice until I got in the car and looked at my receipt. I didn’t want to go back in because of the line. I honestly wish my husband wouldn’t care for this food chain.
