I love this flamebroiler because the employees are super friendly, the food is great and they give 10% off for chaffey students! I continue to come back here each week for the quality of food and freshness of the meat/​veggies/​rice etc. The restaurant is always clean and they even hand out pre-​packaged sauces but have a max limit of 2 per bowl but still seamless. The regular chicken bowl is still my fav!

Taste is bad, service is good. 1 star for kind service and 1 star for clean environment. I ordered a chicken plate and got a bunch of thumbnail size burned chicken. It is in the trash now. Not coming back again.

I go to this Flame Broiler occasionally when I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to eat at home. Every time I come here, the service is great and the food is always consistent.

The food came out within 2 minutes of me ordering it which is super fast. I was still getting a soda when they called my number. They have healthy drink options… Healthier… Vitamin waters on tap. The food is good… Option of white or brown rice or veggies. I got the bowl and the portion is perfect for lunch. It wasn’t busy and located close to school and the 210 Fwy. The cashier was a young girl with glasses who was very friendly. Magic sauce is the unhealthy part that you have the option to put on your food that makes it taste better.

The only reason this is getting two stars is cuz the food is good and the guy in the back asked if we needed help. The cashier was extremely rude. We said thanks and all that and she didn’t even give us a smile. Terrible customer service minus the guy from the back! Here’s a tip. find someone who is friendly and knows how to smile

Had to write a review came here last week on a Saturday night, ordered two bowls and literally got my food before I was able to fill my soda, it was so fast !! Guy even threw on extra «magic «sauce so bomb! Great customer service, super quick I was surprised ! Definitely coming back soon !!

Update your signs! Unilocal says they close at 10 got here at 945 and the store sign says 930 a-​holes drove a ways just to get flame broiler… And it was closed

I have never had my order completed correctly. Being that I always get food to go, I have been disappointed many times. Food is Flame Broiler tasting, nothing special; clean food. There is also a religious quote on the counter, I’m not one to mix religious beliefs with business.

I’ve gone here probably 10 times in the last 5 months. Never had any problems! Lately I’ve been going in between 11:30am and 1pm, they’re FAST! Most times I order my chicken bowl and by the time I pick up a fork and a couple napkins it’s already ready. At most I’ve never waited over 5 mins.
This is one of the cleanest locations I’ve been to. The middle aged lady cashier I see most often is really nice.
Chaffey College students get a 10% discount on top of any deals they have! I just got a bowl for $ 6 but with the discount it was only $ 5 and change! Good for sticking to a budget.

Came here last night at 9 and it was already closed. Unilocal said it closes at 10. So I guess this 2 star rating is realy for Unilocal and having wrong information. Who ever runs Unilocal should get that fixed.

It’s just okay. It’s really a hit and miss. Id have to agree with the other Unilocalers, that this location is lacking.
Sometimes the meat is too over cooked and sometimes the veggies aren’t cooked right either.

Normally I do not have any issues with flame broiler, but this one I have had bad experiences with. I ordered a large bowl of just brown rice, simple enough right? Wrong when repeating the order to the cook who looks like he may be using someone else’s social security to work here hears the order he makes a small bowl of brown rice, I tell them a large bowl. I swear his face looked like I asked him to perform calculus, anyway he doesn’t even fill the bowl all the way. Also they hide the sauce containers behind the counter, cheap ass franchise owners at its best.

Not only clean restaurant, but also fast, cheap, and healthy food! They have fresh vegetables and fresh oranges. Also, they offer white meat for every one who needs to cut calories and try to be healthier. My opinion, the half and half plate is the perfect meal for everyone! You can get rice, half beef and half chicken, salad, and orange. Also, you can do half white rice and brown rice as well if you want to balance your diet and taste bud. Further, this place has amazing magic sauces, so don’t forget to add magic sauce. Totally recommend this restaurant!

My opinion on FB is that it’s good for what it is. It’s consistent. They all taste the same. It’s not the best quality chicken but I rather have a bowl when I’m tired after a long day than pick up greasy fast food elsewhere.

This place is nasty! What do you mean «healthy» food? This is fatty grilled fat on top of over cooked rice. We took two bites and threw it away. I would never go again. It is super cheap though and you get what you pay for. Except then you have to go eat somewhere else since you just threw away your 5 dollar food.

White People Chinese Food.
Just like Chipotle sucked everything good out of Mexican Food, Flame Broiler does the same here to Chinese Food.
Food is bland and flavorless. I always end up dumping buckets of teriyaki sauce on everything I order just to get a bit of flavor out of their chicken.
If you’re all health conscious then by all means come here, but if you enjoy flavor then go somewhere else.

If you want delicious, healthy food that you can get fast, you will love the Flame Broiler. Try the works bowl with Angus beef and chicken. I get mine with all broccoli as the vegetable. You will love this place.
Don’t believe the one reviewer who says this place is dirty and smells. This location is brand new and is super clean. They serve the food up fast, just a few minutes for a fresh healthy meal. I have been eat at these places for the past year. I’m so glad this location opened right by my house. I eat at this one three nights a week after kickboxing. If you are into healthy food, like I am, then try it. You will love it.
