Just the worst. Everything in this store is overpriced. I miss Friendly’s. The best ice cream is Richardson’s, which is probably what Daddys serves, but you will pay less for it at places like Asacks or Skinners or the mini golf place or Dairy Barn, etc.

This was BY FAR the best ice cream I’ve ever had! So many selections of soft serve I couldn’t believe it! The lady behind the counter was very sweet and helped me and my daughter chose what we wanted since it was our first time. We will definitely be going back … 5 STARS! DELICIOUS!

Love, love, love this place! This is my favorite ice cream place so far in the Greater Boston area (granted we are relatively new to the area). There are a variety of interesting flavors. They serve both hard and soft ice cream. I typically get two scoops in a chocolate dipped/​sprinkled waffle cone. There is limited parking but have never had an issue getting a parking spot. Pictures are a 1,000 words!

Hands down, FAVORITE ice cream place of all time.
Being in Randolph most of the time, this place is a MUST during the summer time. They have a vast selection of hard ice cream/​soft serve, all that I have tried are super yummy. They even make ice cream cakes! My family has ordered a couple for occasions now, and they’re delicious!
Staff/​service is super nice and always consistent. Never had a bad experience.
Definitely a hidden jewel, and will be coming often during the summer.

I love Daddy’s dairy. They are all super nice and with 120 flavors how could you go wrong. I never in a million years would think that Cotton candy flavored ice cream could be good (I’m an adult after all) but OMG!!! I think I found my new flavor.

Staff was inattentive — seemed more concerned with chatting with each other than providing good service. I ordered a frozen lemonade and it was way too sweet and the there were big clumps of ice in it that had not been broken up.

Their soft serve is typical… I just go for chocolate sprinkles… they’re the real chocolate kind. I wish they had fro-​yo.

Another summer has come upon us! Hubs and I along with a good friend stopped in one night for ice cream and I was pleased with the great service and quality treats. I had a simple cookies-​and-​cream ice cream in a cup with the «girly» (hot pink) sprinkles. Our friend had a vanilla-​and-​chocolate soft serve swirl and hubs had an ice cream cone. We were all satisfied and will definitely return!

This place is soft-​serve heaven! And I never would have known about it if we hadn’t been passing through Randolf on the way home from the Cape, when my boyfriend spotted the soft-​serve sign and suggested we stop. Soft-​serve is my favorite style of ice cream, and this place has something like 170 flavors! I couldn’t even read them all — I would have been there too long. I randomly picked Peppermint Patty (but I could have spent hours deciding until I went crazy), and my boyfriend got Peanut Butter. Both were delicious, and the «regular» size was very, very generous. Get kiddie size — you can always have a 2^nd one if you’re not sated.
Daddy’s, please, PLEASE open a location in Somerville! I almost never get to Randolf. Please bring your zillion flavors across the river!

Dear Lord people, if you need Ice Cream or a Frappé, or anything before Dairy Queen (I refuse to call it Barn) re-​opens for the season, go to the market and buy some Friendlies Ice Cream or something do yourself a favor and skip this little spot. I REALLY wanted to like this place, its in our hometown, its a cute shop with Jimmies and all kinds of yummy looking stuff, the problem is you want your treats to not just look good but TASTE GOOD… First of all, the girl at the counter (names– I always forget to get names) had the personality of a statue. Actually, statues don’t roll their eyes so… THEY WERE OUT OF EVERY SINGLE THING ON THE MENU WE WANTED. Said they were opening a new spot so their equipment etc, was over there already. Ummm. okay… My chocolate Frappé was HORRIFIC. Didn’t even taste like chocolate, maybe they had already moved the chocolate to a new location?!

Great ice cream! I have yet to try a flavor that I have not enjoyed, both soft serve and hard scooped.
The hard scooped Red Velvet Cupcake is out of this world. The best by far.
I have yet to nail down a favorite soft serve flavor, there’s just too many!
(recommendations: crème brûlée, girl scout cookie, peanut butter and banana, strawberry cheesecake)
They also make incredible ice cream cakes for special occasions and offer ice cream novelties like ice cream sandwiches and my favorite, frozen bananas dipped in peanut butter, then dipped in chocolate.
The only drawback about Daddy’s is the lack of frozen yogurt. There are lactose free options, but the frozen yogurt variety is lacking. (I fully understand that Daddy’s is an ICE CREAM shop, but healthier options would be nice)
The owner John is very helpful and friendly. Great customer service, very obvious he cares about his customers and his product.

I fully intended to try out one of the many hard ice cream flavors when a friend brought me here. The attitude I got from the owner after asking whether they made their own was a total turn off and made me change my mind.
Mind you, I’ve asked this in many an ice cream shop and never had an owner tell me they preferred not to divulge that information.

Daddy’s Dairy totally rocks! They have Ronnie’s Slush!!! YAY!!! They have my favorite kind, too! Sour! I can’t wait for Summer! So I can have some slush! They have tons of flavors of Soft serve, too! I think it’s like a 120. They have hard, too. It’s super clean inside and the servers are always super nice! They always let you try any kind you want, too!!! Love Daddy’s!

I’m not a big fan of ice-​cream but my friend recommend this place, actually he force me to go there because he’s in love with this ice-​cream place. So i agree. We walked in small but very lovely and friendly shop and when i looked at all the flavors i was just shocked! They have everything u can possibly imagine!!! We went with group of people and all order different flavors ice-​cream and not a single person was disappointed.
When i try first spoon my heart just got melted. It was just awesome. just what i want.
The stuff is so friendly and seems like u know each other for long time. We were joking. Very cute couple are the owners of this place and they amazing people.
If i’m going to that area i never miss that place.
