We are Staying at a local hotel. We called and ordered a large sausage, a small mushroom and a small gluten free with chicken, mushroom and spinach. We called for delivery and were told it would be 45 minutes. And about 45+ minutes it arrived with paper plates and a few napkins. With delivery the 3 pizzas were $ 50.90(kind of expensive IMO) but we ended up having enough left overs to have a 2nd meal so that isn’t so bad. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is because the gluten free crust wasn’t so tasty but I have had worse. It was like eating cardboard. The children also said it had too many spices/herbs on it but that is to be expected with a «hometown» business.

Average Pizza joint. The pictures and other Unilocal reviews really sold on us the place and we were disappointed. The pie was good, but not memorable. The calzone really needed more cheese in it. Beer was nice and cold at a fair price. The service seems to be hit or miss. Our waitress was very professional and attentive. The two tables next to us were serviced by a new girl, who messed up both of their orders. In fact, the table behind my wife was very angry and became unnecessarily rude. We get that your order was wrong, but the waitress and manager apologized profusely and quickly corrected the mistake. In fact, that couple sat down at their table 5 minutes after us, received their incorrect order 10minutes before us, and then received their correct order at the same time(they left about 10minutes before us in a huff too). It was good and we enjoyed ourselves, but this did not fulfill our pizza craving. Don’t get me wrong, the pies are ok, the establishment is nice, and the employees are friendly. We just were hoping for something spectacular and the place didn’t live up to its reviews.

Found this place on Unilocal while we were staying at the Big Sky Lodge in Rapid City(great place to stay.) Ordered the traditional Italian pizza(no black olives) and the garden salad(no tomatoes) — it was a great pizza and a good salad. The staff were very helpful over the phone and the delivery showed up in about 30 minutes as promised, still hot. I was so happy that I was able to support a local business and find great pizza while on the road.

We challenged them by calling in an order for 11 pizzas for our family reunion on a Monday evening. It took a little longer to pull it together, but the end result was a great success. All 20 of us agreed it was well worth the wait. They make very good pizza including gluten free with all the toppings and they were all hot out of the oven. Thank you, Peggy!!!

Everything here is good. Everything. Also, they deliver. Its amazing. I love the atmosphere, and even the tea and lemonade are perfect. I want to make this a regular place for my family. The staff are friendly. It’s cozy. Seriously, come here. Bring everyone you know here. It’s awesome.

I’ll give it 5 stars, but I’ve never tried the pizza. The 3 meat sub is awesome, as is the prime rib sub on a Thursday or Saturday. The baked beans are delish, and we love the Ultimate Alfredo cheese sticks. However, the marinara is hit-or-miss, and their«tomato bisque» tastes like a watered down version of the same. Other soups are a gamble… Loved the cream of potato and the broccoli cheese. The salads are always fantastic… Love the antipasto and the garden variety. Parmesan ranch and Italian dressings are great. Number one con to the joint: the service. Some days it’s a breeze, and yet on a quiet Sunday it can be a fight to get a refill on a drink. Delivery is usually prompt.

Never again. Tried you twice and you broke my foodie heart. I visit RC occasionally and you are so local and I love local but you can’t make me smile. Your taco pizza or(South of The Border) is potentially the worst thing I’ve ever tasted. $ 30 for essentially an Amuse-Bouche. The rest of the pie went in the garbage.

Love the daily specials, very good cheese bread. Only reason not full 5 stars is costs, a bit pricey.

Despite the incorrect negative comments our family of 6 decided to give it a try. WOW! Are we glad we did. disappointed in Unilocal’ers on this one. Great place. Food is above average. Service is exceptional and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you. FYI — Trip advisor had over 50 reviews with 4.5 stars.

Best prime rib sub I’ve ever had! My only complaint is it’s only served on Thursdays…

I have been digging on Piesanos for about as long as I could say«Pacchia». The four cheese sub with a side of tomato bisque is one of the best things that has ever happend to me. And as if that combo wasn’t enough to already complete my life, their raspberry vinaigrette is the salad dressing of the gods. As far as pizza goes, the Chicken Alfredo and Sweet and Sour Cashew will make you want to personally hunt down these negative reviewers and slap the Pizza Hut pizza slice right out of their hands.

I recently found this gem of a place! Staff was very pleasant. It’s a cozy little place with seating outside too. I ordered a pepperoni, salami, mushroom pizza with extra sauce and garlic bread. Pizza was delicious! The crust was thin, but not crunchy, it was great for leftovers. The garlic bread was awesome! Chunks of garlic in it, marinara dipping sauce was hot. I’ll be back for sure!

Tried their prime rib sub which was very bland, also have had pizza twice– one time it was pretty good, the second time however it had no sauce to be found and was extremely hard(overcooked). When we called to complain(it was a takeout order) the manager argued with us about it– that right there means I wont be going back.

Like some others, I’m not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from. I’ve ordered two pizzas from Piesano’s, about three weeks apart. Same style, same toppings. The first was good, not the best I’ve had, but passable. The second was barely edible. It was bland, overcooked, and bone dry. Literally. There was about a thimble’s worth of sauce on the thing. My order was carryout; if I didn’t live across town I would have returned the pizza to the restaurant. I did call to voice my feelings to the manager on duty. She was pleasant, in a syrupy, see-through sort of way. Apparently, I was at fault for not asking for extra sauce. She did offer me two dollars off my next pizza. That won’t be necessary because I don’t intend to give Piesano’s my business in the future, and I recommend that you don’t, either. PS: I also ordered one of their prime rib subs on my first visit. It was bland. The beef, the roll, the au jus, all bland. A waste of good meat.

Not the easiest place to find but well worth the effort! The staff are wonderful and the food is amazing — the sweet & sour cashew chicken pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had!

Ingredients seemed fresh, sauce was nice and zesty but the crust was a bit bland for me.

Not sure what the hoopla is over this place, but I’ll list a few positives: 1. Nice waitstaff 2. Veggies if ordered on a pizza, do not come from a can. Like Paulie’s Subs or Ghastly Real(Casa Real), this place has been a hit with the locals for years, but I’m not sure why. It’s very average. They’re not generous with the cheese, and what cheese they do use is mediocre. They don’t deliver. They don’t have gourmet pizzas, nor use a wood oven. The crust is forgettable. I suppose the big upside is that IF you happen to be doing laundry at the laundromat next to this place, you could have a pizza while your clothes are drying. I wish I could offer more pleasantries here, but I cannot. Sorry.

This place has the best tomato soup you can find, a cup is just not enough, I had to order a second helping. So good. I also had the vegetable sub sandwich and that was also delicious.
