The atmosphere is pleasing and the product line is good, but I don’t understand why they don’t redeem earned rewards nor do they give free refills after the purchase of a brewed coffee. Their answer was that they were a «non-corporate«store. Additionally, the start«closing» two hours before their advertised closing time. I would count these as not good for the image of Starbucks. After all, a pricey product should carry perks.

I’m a starbucks regular and this is the worst I have been in. Employee’s were rude disengaged and obviously not wanting to be working here. Drinks were made correctly employees were jerks.

What is there about the personnel? They don’t listen and tell you after that the customer never said that!!! I will definitely not come back in this place! A definition of customer would be nice to be remind to some of them!!!

I’m from Colorado. It could just be that Starbucks in SD aren’t as picky when they are choosing their employees. Samantha at this Starbucks was very rude and should find another line of work.

Very happy and energizing staff to greet the morning crew. Thank you wonderful people of Rapid City SD, for being so gracious and helpful for my wife’s my mini vacation . The store is very clean and hospitable and the aromas are out of this world.
