Raynham Oil Change

We have been going here for several years and the only annoying thing was the constant up selling. I understand that’s how they make money so I just tell them I will have my mechanic take care of it. I have never had any problems until the last couple times I came here. After their usual up sell including $ 20.00 a piece for windshield wipers and my usual decline they went about their business of the oil change. It only took about 10 minutes and when I went up to square the bill the person told me all they did and rang me up to the tune of 49 dollars and change. Seems they had to add anti-​freeze, about two quarts. Came to about $ 14 extra. I just think with all the up selling they should have at least given me the option of them adding it or me driving home a couple miles and adding it myself. And, to make matters worse when I got home the access door to the oil filter was not closed, I had to crawl under the car and lock it in place myself. I have anti-​freeze at home and am quite capable of adding it myself. Not a major complaint however, I will give them another chance and if it happens again I will look for another place to bring my business

I always come here to get an oil change. Everyone is so nice, and they always do a great job on my car.
It usually never takes more than 20 minutes! It’s located off of 44, and right off 24. So with its pretty convenient location, its never really out of the way!

I went in for an oil change because my car was leaking something and my maintence light came on. I was told that the last place that did my oil change (RAYNHAM OIL CHANGE) did not put the plug in properly. I was running on 1 quart of oil and if the plug came out I could have blown my engine.
I went to Raynham oil change to speak with the owner. He called me back after a day and told me he had a problem with my story and was not going to reinburse me. He said he had a problem with being ripped off by me. I told him that in less than 1 months his business working on my car I was down 3 quarts of oil and that was not normal.
I also asked him that it was not possible for his technician to ever make a mistake and not put the plug in properly since we are human and mistakes happen. He said that was not possible and he said that I should be upset with the new place I went to get my oil change.
Since this comment did not make sense I asked to be reinbursed so I could be a happy customer and not file a complaint. He said no– that I need to get in line with all the other unhappy customers.
This place charged me $ 55 for an oil change which is very expensive and does not do a proper job. The owner does not take responsibility for mistakes and does not speak logically to his customers nor respectfully. Having your oil changed here is a risk not worth taking.
