Though I’m not a big fan of this thin-crust thing, I’m always up for a BYOB place that has ricotta and mozzarella on the menu. In addition to the fact that the thin crust is so thin you can’t even«fold» it to eat it, the pizza actually cuts my hard palate, so I avoid this type of thing — But!!! — they will make the same ingredients with a gluten-free or even a whole wheat recipe, which I love. I love their side dishes. I absolutely adore their baked calzone. Truly delicious and worth it. As a vegetarian, though, the topping choices are a little bit limited. And when you go with a crowd, hard to choose to make everyone happy. They serve a large enough pie for like 6 people, so you can order for the table. The sauce is also really good. So give this place a try.
