Best pizza delivery in the area. Every other pizza delivery around here is awful. All of the food I’ve ever ordered from Zoni’s has been really good. Love the wings, the heroes, deserts and of course the pizza.

I don’t eat pizza often(actually it’s been a good 7 – 8 months since I last had a slice) but for dinner I decided to try out Zoni’s(as I pass it quite often in my travels) and I read that it was recently rated the 17th best pizzeria in NJ. Considering the plethora of pizzerias in NJ, that’s a pretty good accomplishment. I ordered a medium Margherita pie and a medium Gaia pie. The Margherita was really good with a crisp thin crust, tangy and sweet tomato sauce, rich mozzarella, and fresh basil. One of the better versions in NJ that I’ve eaten. Gaia was very tasty with several fresh vegetable(eggplant, zucchini, squash, red peppers, artichokes, and garlic) toppings. The eggplant, red peppers, and garlic were the most prevalent flavors and gave it a nice combination of smokiness(eggplant), heat(red peppers), and tang(garlic). Really yummy and a excellent start to trying out some more pizza!

We decided to eat at the highest –rated restaurant near us and we chose Zoni’s. We had already gotten take out from Zont’s int he past, but never have eaten in before We started with the house salad for 2. It had all different kinds of greens, artichoke hearts, and tomatoes in the house vinaigrette dressing. The salad was cold, tasty, and the perfect size for 2. We each ordered the pasta with meatballs. She had the penne and I had the spaghetti. The portions were large and the food was very tasty. We had a minor issue that Steve fixed right away, that tells me they care about their customers. The service was good. All in all a good restaurant with nice owners. Next time we’ll try the pizza.

I blew it last night-I ordered a pizza I didn’t care for-Insalata. It was my fault — I should have known I wouldn’t like the combination of red sauce & balsamic. Management contacted me right away & offered another pizza. The waiter actually offered that last night too. They all couldn’t have been nicer!!! Looking forward to going back –there were so many things on the menu that looked great! My daughter & her husband & so many people that I know love your restaurant.

Fantastic Pizza, Wings and Service. I had the Carnivale which really is a carnivores delight. The wings were a tasty appetizer. This is a great restaurant for a lower cost meal. We talked to the owner as he was wandering around the restaurant, and he is determined to provide the best pizza restaurant in the country. Check this one out, you’ll be back !

Everything was great! Their chicken adobo pizza is a must have. I don’t think it’s in their regular menu though, you might just have to ask for it! I’ve tried their coal fired wings and meatballs which were just phenomenal. We’ve also had the prosciutto/arugula, margherita, and pepperoni– crust was thin, crunchy and just perfect. The staff was warm, helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Excellent service and excellent food! I think there is a huge difference between takeouts and eating at the store. Maybe it is because their pies are so thin and easily become soggy during transport.

Zonis is the best delivery pizza in the area. The coal fired wings and Cesar salad are excellent as well. Great spot.

On a recommendation, ordered a pizza for delivery, first time. I live about 5 minutes away. Was told the pizza came to $ 21 and they had a minimum of $ 25 for delivery. Had them add an antipasti. The wanted another 16 for that. I said OK, thinking it was going to be a great antipasti. Order came an hour later. The antipasti was a tin of rather old lettuce, a few other items(such as 3 old artichoke heart pieces) and 3 slices of shaved-thin prosciutto(the only meat). The pizza was mediocre, luke warm, and crust was rubbery. Never again.

We are still talking about our meal at Zoni’s last night. The Coal Fired Wings, Cheese Steak Sandwich, and NY Style Cheese cake.(The recipes should be never leave the vault!) Take your family there, you will leave with nothing but smiles! We’ll be back!

before I start my review and paint my experience with this restaurant, please keep in mind that their summer vegetable lasagna is astonishing. keep on a look out for this seasonal dish because I guarantee you’ll be back for either the wings, cheesesteaks, margherita pizza or my personal favorite the princess margherita pies. the wings are coal fired perfectly each time with a nice crisp exterior that gives every juicy bite a balance in textures. must also mention that they make their blue cheese in house and it’s really a delicious compliment to the caramelized onion garnish. strongly suggesting them. ultimately if you love vodka sauce on pizza as much as i do, the princess margherita is a no brainer. good service, great eats, and amazing ambiances is what you’ll get here. Can’t go wrong with anything on this menu.

Very cozy place, great décor, great staff, amazing pizza. A friend of mine posted an article about the top 25 best pizzas in NJ and this was one of them, therefore I decided to go and try it out. I had the Margherita Medium size & Carnevale personal with Fried Oreo and ice cream. Their tomato sauce is amazing, very thin pizza perfectly made with coal fire!

Zoni’s is a great little find. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, as is the coal oven that fires their pies. But Don’t let your conceptions about a coal fire dissuade you: this place is immaculate! The food is great! The crust on their pizza is wonderful, so any pie you get is going to be a treat. Most of their sauces are made in house, so it tastes really fresh. I highly recommend the«loopy fries» though. The owners are a very personable husband-wife duo with a lot of charisma who excitedly do a lot of the front of house duties, and go the extra mile to make you welcome. A wonderful place and well worth taking time to seek out!

I really hate to do this… We have come here several times. Food is always delicious and it’s been a great time.:until today. My brother was up from Maryland and he picked zonis based on our opinion and his desire for chicken parm. Our server Bernie while trying was just not on the ball. They told us the special on the blackboard was sold out… which threw us off Since it’s pretty easy to erase a chalkboard. anyway we chose meals and Bernie opened our wine for us. Half hour later the food comes out, except for my mothers salad which contained NO cooked items. Why was this last? 10 minutes later they brought it out. There were 2 others in the restaurant. It appeared they had two employees for the entire place. They also brought garlic knots. They were hard as rocks. Like to the point you couldn’t bite it. I get that it was dinner but for god sakes don’t give us a bread product that could cause a need for dentures. Everyone who left before us got a goodbye, we didn’t get a second glance… I’m not super impressed anymore… maybe the lack of supervision caused this, but I’m not rushing back there…
