Pharmacy is still slow and understaffed, but pharmacy techs are less rude. The bathrooms are slightly cleaner and now the sinks are gray instead of black.

Dealing with this pharmacy is a monthly nightmare. Be prepared to wait, even if there is no line. The staff is rude, and usually 2⁄3 of them will not even acknowledge your presence. If you’re in the drive through you can expect everyone standing in line to know your business because they will shout it into the microphone. As I write this, my husband has been stuck in the drive-thru for over twenty minutes(no car ahead of him) waiting for a refill that I verified was ready over four hours ago.

The cashiers are nice in the front of the store but the pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. I called to make sure my prescription was ready and was told yes. Drove down to get it and the pharmacy is closed for lunch. No sign at the drive thru saying they are closed though. Went in the store at 2:08 pm to find the pharmacy takes lunch from 1:30 — 2:00 pm. Asked the manager when they will reopen he says«any minute». It is now 2:21 and I hear a rumor they will be back in 10 minutes. Here is a suggestion– make a sign to inform the lobby and the drive thru when you are at lunch and the time you will return!

This is a pretty good Walgreens… the cashiers are always really friendly and the pharmacy staff is top notch. I really love the pharmacy’s drive through option, especially after a long day when I feel too tired to get out of the car! My only«complaint» is that I have a hard time finding things inside the store. I don’t know whether I’m just blind when I go in there, or if the layout is kinda funky, I just know it always takes me a long time when I shop inside.
