It was my first time booking a trip anywhere and when I saw Red River Real Estate, I figured I would give it a shot. I talked with Stephanie on the phone and she was very polite and friendly and when I got to the place to take care of everything, I spoke with Rachel and she was also very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend people to go to Red River and book your trip there! Awesome staff and awesome service!

Their properties are some of the best. The staff at this business is very difficult to work with and they are not at all accommodating. They lack in customer service.

Was in a real bind when our reservations that we had made ourselves 6mobths before were not what we had booked for. Geneva worked with me and we were able to find a place that would work for our family. And every time we went in everyone was so nice and very helpful!

I am privileged to be an active client of Richard & Vicki. (as an owner of property they manage) They have an excellent & creative vision of what needs to be done to accommodate guests and assure they have a perfect experience in the resort town of Red River. They execute better than any I have had experience with and go the extra mile to make things right. Are they perfect? No, however they have the desire, drive, honesty, integrity and ability and are consistently adding new features and services. Want more details on their performance, let me know. I really think they have it figured out!
