I was looking for a range to install in our home before Christmas at a good price. I went to their showroom to see what they had. Although they didn’t have what we wanted in stock, they told us they knew of a «local» place to get what we wanted, and that they would call me back that afternoon. I called them back (not the other way around as it should have been) just before close of business and they stated they didn’t have an answer so they would call me back the next day. After not getting a call back the next day as promised, I called the following morning. I probably should have given up at that point, but they seemed so genuine in the showroom that I wanted to give them another shot. They told me that a truck was delivering items that afternoon and they would let me know if what I wanted was on that truck. I never got a call back from them letting me know either way. I never called them back. I decided to try Carmona’s, certain it was too late to get what I wanted by Christmas. Not only did Carmona’s give me what I wanted, they delivered and installed for free two days before Christmas, and they gave me a much better price than what Appliances Direct was offering. In fact, with the money I saved, I was also able to buy the washer I wanted as well.

Tom and Bob are honest, always professional, very knowledgeable, and bend over backwards to make sure you always walk away happy. I looked all around Redding when I renovated my home back in 2008, and found they had the best prices in town. im very picky, and they spend weeks, and many hours helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The most amazing attribute of these guys is the personalized service. Even 7 years later, they remember my name when i walked in the door, and helped me order a bunch of parts for my dishwasher after it was destroyed by thirsty rats. On top of all the help, they actually searched around the shop just to gave me a free brand new discharge hose that they had in their spare inventory. Long story short, I’ve never taken the time to write a review, but these guys just really impress me as great example of local business here in Redding.

These guys are awesome. I’ve purchased several appliances through them at great prices and they are willing to help with repairing your current appliances before just selling you new ones. Called them yesterday about a washer I had purchased from them about 7 years ago that wouldn’t agitate. Bob told me I could try to fix it myself with clear simply instructions I just needed a new plastic hub from inside the unit. He was totally right and even better he supplied the new part for free. Amazing service and prices with folks that stand behind their product!

Purchased a G.E. Gas Adora Range with very minor scratches — saved over $ 250 from the Home Depot price. Fast efficient delivery and install. Very pleasant people, no pressure to purchase extended warranty like at the big box stores. Item comes with same new 1 year warranty. I intend to shop there again!

Great place to find scratch and dent items at great prices!

Great deals on brand new appliances. I’m not sure how someone confuses «scratch and dent» sales at almost $ 1000 off the new price for trying to pass off used items. Too funny! I guess common sense savings doesn’t mean people always have common sense. If you’re looking for great deals and people who go out of their way to take care of you, look no further.

We bought several appliances from these guys. Great prices – almost too good to be true – which they were. Lots of dings and questionable warranties. Seems they pick up older models and damaged stuff and sell as new, hoping you won’t notice the flaws or check model numbers to see if they are recent models.
After too many problems, switched to Carmona’s. They aren’t flakes and do stand behind their products.
