My husband and I had a wonderful experience at BedMart, the owner and staff are great. We purchased a mattress on Friday and after one night we realized we purchased the wrong one for us. We returned the mattress on Sunday and purchased a Natures SPA, Air TL, I’m looking forward to years of restful sleep on this awesome SPA mattress.
I highly recommend BedMart, they have a vast array of products, something for any budget. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. You can trust BedMart to fulfill your mattress needs.

I bought a cheap bed from them a year ago… still makes me smile every time I crawl into it. Then I bought a really expensive power, dual recliner love seat from another store… suffered it about a year before I sold it with the new realization «I’m never going to be happy in a recliner.» So I almost bought a nearly cardboard couch for $ 900 from another store in town but thank God it wouldn’t fit through the door… so I went back to Bedmart… they had my perfect, pretty, couch for $ 300… feels so great… They make me happy to go to bed at night, they make me happy to get up to enjoy my couch in the morning. Ask for Phillip. I like him. Oh! I looked at it one day, called the next morning, paid for it over the phone and it was delivered by two very nice gentlemen about two hours later. THAT’S FAST AND EASY.

They had exactly what I wanted and great customer service. I will be back next time I need a bed

On April 15, 2015 we stopped by to compare their selection to what we had seen at another bed store here in Redding. What a great experience we had. We were shopping for a queen size been for my 12 year old son — he has been sleeping on the same twin bed since he was two.
Our sales person was Phil, the manager of the store. He took so much time with my son to explain each type of the beds they carried. He told him which mattresses were best for the way he sleeps (side, tummy, or back). He walked him around their store and let him try out and re-​try out several mattresses.
With the knowledge of the quote and type of bed were got from the other store, he was able to beat that price by a good amount and with such a great price we purchased two queen bed sets — I’ve had my current bed for 13 years and it is not a matched mattress and box spring. We walked out of the store so pleased with our experience and can not wait to start sleeping better with our new beds.
These guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone. At no time were we pressured to buy — and their knowledge of what they carry is amazing. They are friendly, and easy going.

This is the 4^th piece of furniture I have bought from these guys and they didn’t let me down. Thanks to Bobby and Billy’s help I got a new bed delivered and my old one hauled away. I now get better sleep than I ever have. I wouldn’t buy anything without going to these guys first (or last).

Walked in here to browse bedroom sets. Most of the sets on display are of cheaper quality but I ended up leaving with a nicer one. He also showed me a few different mattresses after I told him what I was looking for. The one I initially wanted was out of stock so he showed me another (which was even better quality) and ended up giving me a discount on it.
Bobby was great and very easy going. There is nothing I hate more than a pushy salesman and he made me feel very comfortable and not at all pressured. He also let me know about the mattress guarantee. You can sleep on it for 30 days and if it doesn’t work for you, you can bring it back for a different one.
I really liked that they had the set in stock and I didn’t have to wait. It really pleased my impulsive nature. They offer free delivery as well, although I was able to pick up myself. I had everything set up that very night and slept soundly in my new bed. It looks great in my bedroom and I could not be more pleased.

Walked in here and took a good look around. They have nothing. The old man was sitting at a desk and did t greet us or ask if we needed help. I was looking for a couch and they could’ve got a sale out of me but I walked in and out before someone even acknowledged me. I even talked loud to the person that was with me and he still was looking down at his desk. So after ten minutes of that we left. I’ll never go back.

I love this place… anytime I am even thinking of getting a new piece for my home this is the first, and last place I look. The staff is very friendly, laid back, you are not bombarded with tacky sales people, and there is just a different feel here! Highly recommended!!!

Just got everything resolved today. Bobby, and his father, took great care of me to make me a happy customer, such that I’m extremely grateful. In my honest opinion, they went above and beyond to make me satisfied. I’m truly thrilled now and I’m very happy to tell everyone what a wonderful experience I had at Bedmart. Thanks again!

Stopped in to look at their couches. The men, Scott & Bobbie were very nice & answered any questions we had. Purchased a sectional there for an amazingly great price! Would definately refer friends & family.

Employees look very unprofessional and the place just creeped me out walking in. They were friendly just odd. Won’t be getting my business.

We dropped by here because we have been getting ads in the mailers. needing a couch but not wanting to pay a ton of money. we saw some nice stuff here that was half the price of the expensive stores… dont expect this to be a pretty showroom, its not. its a warehouse type place and has MANY beds. but some furniture at low prices. We bought a couch off the sales floor and they had it at our house within that afternoon. were happy!
