Great customer service. They deserve 5 stars but they don’t have much of a color selection for each style of women’s shoes.

I had a recent experience with Foot Locker. I never buy from them. I cannot remember the last time I did, if ever. However, they had something I wanted recently, and it was available from them online. Not only did they have what I wanted, but it was on sale for a really great price. Also, I elected to do the free, ship-to-store option. That means what I ordered was shipped to the local store, in the Mt. Shasta Mall. All I had to do was stop by and pick it up. The ship-to-store option, even though it was the first time I had ever done anything like it, turned out very well(I was somewhat skeptical of the idea initially). I went into the store, told them I have a package that was shipped to there, they retrieved it right away, checked me into the computer system, and away I went. There were no problems at all. So, I certainly wouldn’t have any problem doing that again, if need be, based on my initial experience. On a different note, it had been a long time since I had been inside of our local store; I would usually drop in while passing by, if I happened to be at the mall for some reason. While I was waiting for my transaction to be logged into their computer system, I did notice that the checkout area of the store was a little old/grungy/unorganized. I will admit that it did give me somewhat of a negative impression about our particular, local store, too. But, whatever… It didn’t hinder what I needed to have done, so I was happy enough. One final thing, in case you are unaware, Foot Locker is affiliated with the large, online retailer called East Bay. Both East Bay and Foot Locker offer far more goods on their online environments, than Foot Locker does at our rinky-dink, local store front.
