Sale associate make me feel invisible. I’ve never been greeted when I walk in, never asked if I’ve been helped, never been offered help… Ridiculous. Stuff is way over priced and ugly. The first and last time I was there, I was standing at the register for over half a century waiting for someone to come ring me up. Haha no! I refuse to even walk past the store.

I went in here the other day and had a pretty good experience, but it was only after I had to ask for help. There were 3 girls at the counter talking and no one looking to help the customers walking in(they are on commission too, so weird they weren’t eager to help). The guy that ended up helping me was ah-maz-ing! He suggested jeans and the ones he suggested were the ones I bought. He was a manager trainee or something like that. The store was clean and bright, the music wasn’t too loud and the guy that helped me was fabulous, the girls, not so much. This place is spendy but obviously you go in there looking to drop some cash so you can’t really complain about prices. You ant to complain, walk your butt down a few doors to Wet Seal.

I went in to the Buckle to pick up a few t-shirts the other day, and found the staff and the selection to be great. Everyone was very helpful, and surprisingly, the prices weren’t that bad either. I have looked at similar brands in the city for 10 to 20 dollars more per shirt. They have some cool accessories too. I saw a pretty sweet watch and some nice belts.
