The KFCs in Redding are the worst I have been to my entire life. On Sunday September 9, 2012 I went to the one on Cypress. I ordered a 3 piece GRILLED meal. Even though the meal includes a drink, the guy at the window said it didn’t. But I didn’t argue. I went home and found ONE piece of ORIGINAL chicken and one biscuit in the box. No side dish. Paid almost $ 10 for that. The KFC on Lake Blvd. has mostly rude employees, and they almost never have grilled chicken. A few months ago they had ran out of ALL chicken by 9:00 pm, one hour before closing. I never thought I would go to a chicken restaurant that ran out of chicken, but leave it to KFC in Redding.

Run away. Run away very fast!!! Hopefully whoever owns or manages this location will read this review. Monday April 30th2012 around 12:30 I went in the drive through. the lady on the speaker was nice. the TWAT at the window has got to be one of the rudest and most stuck up chick I’ve ever met in my entire life. I asked for ONE.EXTRA.RANCH!!! ONEGODDAMBNRANCH!!! She rolled her eyes at me, smacker her lips and threw it into the bag as if I had just asked her to come to Red Bluff, mow my lawn, wash my car, and do my laundry. I really dig KFC food, but this was unreal. If I hadn’t already paid for the food, I would have thrown it back at her… HARD. Go elsewhere than this location if you can.

Have a backup plan if you go here for chicken pot pies, their well advertised product. They take 22 minutes to cook, but they don’t bother to keep any on hand, even hours before closing. The staff just giggles about it. We try the place once in awhile, but always just move on to the McDonalds next door, and wonder why we keep leading with our chins and go there.

Terrible food.Everytime. Last time was probably the worst KFC I’ve had in my entire life. The chicken was soggy, tasted undercooked and there was a good amount of grease puddled in the bottom of the bucket.

Well, it’s KFC. The one on Cypress is really hard to get in and out of because it’s in a high traffic area. I couldn’t resist writing this review because it had this GREAT ad on the signboard(see photo) today. Doesn’t it sound enticing?
